The beauty of the Bullworker is that the amount of resistance is how ever you want it to be. It's easy on your joints and you can attain a natural, functional toned body as you grow older and keeping your body strong. Mirrored muscles is fine but I prefer a toned strong functional body because it will last you longer. Love the new Bullworker products that has made it more efficient and flexible for traveling and quick workouts when you need it. 🙌
Agreed. When I was younger, I was only interested in building mass. But it was just my ego. As I got older, I became more interested in primarily building functional strength, flexibility and training with freedom, rather than set movements. Muscle mass was my last priority. Now I train with the Iso-bow and the Iso-flo and the Bison 1m. The other day I used this strength to bend metal for recycle and when connecting heavy rubber hose for a gas cooker. Then it made me realise what was important.
I had a Bullworker back in the late 70s. No idea how I found out about or where I got, but for sure it was not costing anywhere near what it costs today. Holy smokes. Anyway, I really liked it back then. For my workouts I do some weights and also aerobics, but then I wanted to do a certain exercise that I couldn’t accomplish without big exercise machines and that’s when I thought of the Bullworker. I even remembered the name, after all these decades. So, I ordered myself one the other day and will be getting it in the mail tomorrow. Kinda excited to have an additional workout routine, besides doing that exercise I was planning to do.
You made a great investment :) Kind of like gas compared to those days too ;) Please keep us posted with your progress and any questions. Happy Training!
@@dawnjohnson8739 Good feeling. Rest well. Remember to start out easy and familiarize yourself again. Easier to start slow and progress than to start with too much and strain yourself :)
@@Bullworker I did a little bit of squeezing and pulling yesterday and today, when I went about the housework, I could not believe that doing things like pulling up windows, were easier. That was SO fast - to feel the benefits so quickly. I got the Steel Bow and now I can the longer one, but really $200, it’s not gonna happen :-(
You going to video a full-body rep and hold routine. I just bought the X5 and only showing 24 positions. Is there more, for a longer workout? Your dad is an amazing example of BW effectiveness btw.
How would the training routine with the Bullworker be adjusted if one is using it for the goal of packing more muscle, instead of training for functionality and a more leaner look like you do?
I can categorically say that the Bullworker X5 is the best thing i've ever purchased. They're excellent.

Do u need both bullworks to do the exercises or will the small one be enough
Both have their advantages but you can do the same exercises with either.

Slow deliberate with 5-8 reps. 4 sets. Consume a calorie surplus.
@@Bullworker Thanks, I'll try that way!
