    Love my (35 year old) Bullworker. Am over 65 years old, so have started doing regularly again as "weights" type training - in addition to walking etc - is recommended to maintain tendons, strength etc. I hope it works Bullworker inc, as I find attending the gym a tedious affair... not looking for a Charles Atlas body, merely age maintenance.

    Can you perform a CABLE STRETCH over your shoulders on your back? So basically, it's like an upside-down cable stretch with your arms over your head, and the Bullworker touching the middle of your back. I tried it tonight and it kind of does the same muscles as the 'traditional' cable stretch, but from another angle - if that makes sense!

    How to fix the loose grip on the cable? My bullworkers grip keeps slipping while i do the exercises using the cables

    • @Bullworker
      @Bullworker  4 года назад +2

      The grips were designed to move along the cable so when in the vertical position, this can happen due to gravity. The trick is to keep the tension by not completely releasing the cables back to normal position.

    The original Bullworker documentation said to only do 7 seconds and then you are done with the exercise. It was solely based on isometrics. Now I see the Bullworker company is including isotonics "10 reps"). Why? If the science said that isometrics was all you needed, and that you should not strain more than 60 to 70% during any isometric exercise, then why is Bullworker company telling us it is now okay to supplement the isometrics with isotonics? Isn't this overkill?

    • @Bullworker
      @Bullworker  2 года назад +3

      The original methods are still incredible routines and work. No other forms will match that for efficiency. All depends on goals, the ordinary person (especially if they are doing nothing) will see phenomenal results with the traditional Bullworker workouts. The advanced athlete will need a little more work for high end performance. There are still quick workouts with Bullworker see below. However, many modern routines being shown are for higher performance goals.
      ruclips.net/video/kNnOHgunSxg/видео.html
      There are many principles that work with fitness. Isometrics are the fastest form of strength training. However, repetitions have benefits too. Everything depends on one's goals and time allotted. The repetitions help with muscle size and movement as well as increased blood flow.
      60 - 80 % isometrics for 7 seconds is still the optimum strength training duration.
      Science says you can live off of a few foods too, that does not mean we should not eat other foods or benefit from the others.
      I hope this helps, happy to answer any questions.
