    These are great finishers for a gym workout. After bull worker I feel my muscles tie in better and don’t feel I need to stretch afterwards. Feels natural.

    I had the original Bullworker when I was growing up with at the end of Bullworker a green and could do curls by lifting the strong bow .

    was that a new style Iso gym or some other brand? Mine has the rope, that looked like webbing.

      Different style, this one is a prototype we have been testing. I am a rock climber, so ropes are my best friends (they are smoother) but we will listen to the BW Family and what you all prefer!

      Bullworker Fitness i recently buy a bull worker.when stretch both the rubber handles,i able to stretch it but when i do pressing the ends,its very tuf and dont move a single inch.is there any problem with the bullworker or it takes time to become free and flexible?

    You are doing it wrong you pump first then hold for 10 seconds after 40years working out with the bullworker this is the best way with better results

      There are many ways to exercise and the method you mention is certainly a good option.
      We like to do the 7 second hold first because the science is behind 60-80% of max strength. If you do the hold first you are engaging the max strength rather than tired strength. Then the repetitions help pump the muscles and incorporate eccentric and concentric movement (isotonic exercise).

    A suggestion: if you want to represent what Bullworker can do, my opinion is you are too thin.
    Machismo looks more the part.
    If Bullworker is so amazing, why are you not more muscular?
    Not hating, at all. Genuine observation and question.

      Thank you for your comment. Strength training efficiency is what Bullworker specializes in and that is the beauty, you choose your approach for the results you are looking for.
      I would say similar to weights or any type of training we can choose our goals and tailor our routines to reach them and have very different results.
      I enjoy rock climbing, cycling, surfing, and other activities where hauling around extra bulk is not ideal. Therefore, I like to approach my fitness with the intention of lean strength with mobility allowing me to control my body and perform those functions. Others prefer to have more muscle mass for various reasons.
      Another impact is how much time are we spending working out. I like Bullworker because it is very fast for me to get the results I want. While if more bulk is desired, one can do that too.
      Machismo has a great build and shows another element of what Bullworker training and a consistent work ethic can do.

      Being huge doesn't equate to strength. In my day I have brought down guys double my size. Bullworker gives you fantastic strength. @@Bullworker

      He has a lean, athletic build which is what many people are after. Not everyone wants to be "swole"
