The 5 minute workouts are great as is the suggestion to do one of each 4-5 times a week. My Body Conditioning class at school got their first taste of the 5 minute workout today, 10 minutes after I picked up the package from the office. Great piece of fitness equipment!
This depends. If you would like to exercise 4-5 days a week I recommend breaking into muscle groups. If you prefer 2-3 days a week I recommend full body routines. Yes, I like to grab the tube and use my forearm against my knee to create the right space between my knees
