Cooked this tonight... 1 point in the bag with the wife. Possibly the closest imo that I've come to cooking a curry that tasted like a bir take away.

Yes chef. You are blessing us with so many amazing dishes recently. I'm definitely cooking this next time. Did your jal frezi last night using frozen raw king prawns. My family love it. Unfortunately i have to use medium chilli powder and no green chillies. Thank you for sharing these dishes with us.
I’m very much enjoying the one pot series 😊
Awesome! Thank you so much for sharing this great recipe Chef 😊
These recent recipes have been good - this will work out well for 2. (alongside a few other side dishes/rice) Many thanks Latif ,👋👋
Latin ,love ,love all your dishes Allah bless you brother.
maximum respect to you brother for sharing all your secrets..i can tell that yu just want everybody to enjoy the beautiful flavours the way that you do ..god bless you
I gave up making base gravy currys because the freezer had no room left for anything else. Your one pot recipes are ideal. Good to hear you mention the spice brand and noting some weights and measures on the video.
My mouth is watering Latif yummy bro
Bless you sir , 🙏🏼 thanks for all the lovely recipies !! I have followed you loads and recently done the madras which was beautiful ..: I love the pots you cook in , and I really am loving this kind of bir/home style cooking , please keep sharing and educating us your such a kind man 🙏🏼
Cooked this for dinner last night and it was fantastic! Thanks Latif 😃👍🏼
Great watch Latif
ahh bless
As always Latif ,this is brilliant. Thanks for this great recipe! One love 🙏🏻
Big up
so inspired 2 Cook indian food with your passion for it ,great teacher . making your gravy for this one.
I cooked this last night and it was divine. Thanks for your recipes Latif, they really are fantastic. I added red and green peppers at the spice stage and it was lovely, chopped up really small. I used a whole tin of chopped italian toms too as had no fresh toms in the fridge and worked well, missus loves a saucy number.
Amazing. I made this tonight it was quality and great not having to make base etc. Previously all my curries had too many spices just thrown in, so following your recipe made it a real science and it tasted amazing!
Thanks 👍
It's superb , I've done most of them and they are lovely but this little beauty is magic ❤
love doing these curries thanks latif i so want to come to your place to eat to
This has got to be tomorrow’s tea 😊 cheers Latif for all your delicious meals ,you share best food ever !
Fella this could not have been posted at a better time(can you see me in the kitchen ha ha) just thinking what to cook and got a large free range chicken sitting on the side. I so glad your doing this One Pot series👍

Looks like another cracking dish Latif I'll be trying this one next all the others have been fantastic so far
This is a definite must try, Pathia is one of my favourites. Looks amazing! Another fantastic one pot dish, keep them coming 👍
Thank you
We really appreciate all your vids, Pathia my personal favourite. We prepare and leave to mature like you said and brilliant, amazing quality with all your currys, thank you again.
God bless you brother. I've followed many of your recipes but never commented. I owe many many compliments to you. Your curries are lovely and no base gravy necessary. Perfect.
So nice of you
Just amazing bro massive respect ✊🏽 keep these videos coming mate just outstanding
Much appreciated
My favourite. It used to be Rogan Josh, but now is pathia, I especially like that sour element to it and my local takeaway does an excellent one.
Another winner love your one pot dishes, I did the lamb one last night it was so tasty and very BIR style.
Top man! Yes Chef :)
Love the one pot stuff especially with no base. I live in the USA and there's no Indian restaurants near me so I follow your channel religiously. All the best to you and your family with your business.
Aye, like others have commented, great to see you doing BIR style dishes without the need for a base gravy. Having said that, your "shortcut" gravy in the recent chicken tikka biryani works a treat! Will be making this! Thanks, Latif, worth noting your accessible style of presentation too 👍
Thanks
oh I do love a pathia
Yes
I'm in Australia, don't think I've EVER heard of Pathia but it looks really delicious. I'm a sook when it comes to chili but will be looking at our local Indian shop to see if I can buy & try some of the Kashmiri Chilli powder. I think my very favourite Indian dish is Mughlai Chicken - the one with almonds, cream, so rich and delicious. I first had it years ago as Mughlai Lamb and it was amazing. Love your videos.
Assalamu alaikum and thank you for all of your content. Ive been following you for a number of years now and this new series is just as good as your restaurant series if not better! Enjoy any success this brings you.. you have put so much into this work, you deserve it. Any time I want to reference how to cook a great BIR (or homestyle is my favourite) you are the first person I turn to! Keep it up!! :) 😀
I cooked it today and it was absolutely fabulous and amazing food. I really love your recipes and the way you show them to us. Thank you ever so much.😅😊
Man Like Latif is a sick guy. Been following this breddah since Norwich years ago. I'm now in west London, telling everyone about this guy. Latif, you cook with the energy we like to see. I am blessing my home every time I attempt one of your recipes!
Looks incredible boss. Would love a dhal makhani! Love the vids as always!
