My Indian food cooking has improved immensely since I've been watching your series. My boys especially love it. They often fight over to finish it off the left over. My weak point is my rice buying the right one when there is so many to chose. I usually leave rice to the wife she does a wonderful Turkish version that works well with the Indian recipes I make.
the tilda basmati long grain rice usually goes well with meals, biryani, pilau rice etc...its a shiny blue packet...or the tolly boy long grain for everday use that has a slight better texture.... dont worry too much about rice, theres a lot out there lol but those two is what most of us asians use on a daily basis...tolly boy should be cheaper than tilda..goodluck
I don't usually comment on videos but this was fantastic. You have made a curry loving Scotsman so happy. Thank you Latif I will be giving this a go on friday, can't wait😄
Followed the excellent instructions. Best biryani we have ever had. Delicious! Thank-you so much. Video is excellently made. Deli smith of biryani! Perfect! 🥀
I cooked this tonight, followed everything except i didny have the methi seeds. I also substitute potato for the cauliflower and garnished with mint and coriander. It was excellent, maybe 1 of the best biryanis i have had if i dont mind saying so myself 😂. I really enjoyed it and will defo cook it again.
Awesome vid bro. Production = excellent. Layout = excellent Presentation = excellent I really enjoy the little hints and tips and tricks that you incorporate into your videos. You are a must see for beginner to expert cooks.
The frustrating part of trying to cook this delicious food,is getting the right instructions, timings, and the simple instructions you give, thank you for that.
