Been a fan of your channel since the early days Latif and I haven't bought an Indian takeaway since you taught me how to make fantastic curries thanks for sharing your secrets and I wish your channel all the success it deserves !!!!
Appreciated the effort you put into ths one Latif. Lots of explaining why certain stages/techniques are done. Went the extra mile to educate us amateur cooks!
Hi Latif, What a channel you have. Running a busy restaurant and finding the time to share so much with others is absolutely amazing. I love watching your stuff. What a great guy. Stevie in Scotland.
Back again. It's a total hit in my house even the neighbours have had some and were amazing it was home made. Have saved me a fortune cooking instead of a takeaway and it tastes better than the takeaway
Forget the books you need your own cooking channel show. You come across absolutely professional in hosting your vlogs. Having only found you recently i cannot get enough. Your knowledge, experience and the way you are simplifying for us homecooks is top notch. Thank you again for sharing what you do. ❤
Amazing chef. Love you're recipes. Thnx for all of you're effort. I'm making the Pathia on a regular basis. It's our favorite dish at home. Made it for my parents in law who are from Poland and have a holiday at our home in NL. They asked me to buy all dry in ingredients so they can make it at home 😁 Taking a lot of interest in Bangladeshi cuisine since I started watching you're videos. You created a whole new world of flavors and tastes to our home. Please keep it up. Much love 😉
The timing couldnt be more perfect brother, was thinking about what chicken dish I was gonna cook next! Hope the channel keeps growing! Much love from Sweden!
Latif would love you do something on your cookware. I can’t seem to find those deep, round bottomed curry pans/pots anywhere. Have been making your recipes and love them, but I feel they are lacking a little something. I’m doing my best with flat bottomed non stick cookware but would love to have some proper curry pans.
Latif, made this this evening after a 24 hour marinade of the chicken. This tasted so good, very different than many of the BIR recipes… gone right into one of my top 5! Thanks for making such an enormous effort to share your knowledge. Mark
Bangladeshi / bengali home style curry food is so nice it needs more attention. Instead we need open authentic Bdeshi style restaurants which there are some in London and Birmingham.
@LatifsInspired Hope to be in Stafford in September and my good wifey has promised me a trip to your restaurant in Stoke-on-Trent! If not I'll divorce her and go on my own. My own curries have improved immensely since discovering your channel. Thanks for all your recipes and tips so far.
Chef, this is spot on. I have tried it at work for staff lunch, and oh dear dear they just want me to prepare this kind next week, as they loved it all. Thank you for your videos.
I shall definitely be trying this recipe bud , nice to see new content liking your new kitchen , and since following you on RUclips I’ve bought two aluminium pans , wow I wish I’d discovered theses 30 years ago best pans I’ve ever cooked in , keep up the good work my friend Bismillah 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻
Great to have dishes without base gravy. Better for home cooking. I will come to your restaurant one day. Thanks for inspiering. Greetings from Norway.
@@ctmy3209 no I didn't use mustard oil as none of my local shops had it so I subbed it out for olive oil as per Googles recommendation but it turned out perfect I'd say.
I'm English and been living in Canada for 15 years! Can't get a decent curry here! Tried doing a few of your dishes the other day and they were fantastic. Thank you for passing on your knowledge Latif 😊
i just made this and bismillah! rich, unctuous with a lemon pop, the heat comes last and satisfies a firey pallet so much (i used a tsp of extra hot chili w birds eyes to finish) i dont know if this is BIR style as it feels so authentic but details like the infused ginger/garlic paste and using mustard oil and ghee certainly make the difference, my curries have gone up a notch, thanks Latif!
I have to say your food looks delicious and i like your passion you show while cooking. The best bit is your sharing your knowledge! I'll be following you recipes from now on.
I made this last weekend and my daughter who loves curry said it’s her new favourite (my version of lamb rogan Josh used to be) thanks for sharing this recipe.
Hello from South Australia 🇦🇺 I’m enjoying watching your videos. I don’t trust myself with these lovely dishes! I rather like the mystery of all the delicious flavours and smells that come from the restaurants - good luck with your channel.
Heard you say you've got a studio now, was thinking "woah, Latif must be doing alright for himself". Just seen that you've got over 300k subscribers! That's absolutely immense. Congrats to you and your team on the success of your channel, mate. I love your videos, best cooking channel out there 👍
Hi mate, you've transformed my curry game and for that I'll be eternally grateful. Quick question if you dont mind please? If you give you recipes using 1kg of chicken, if using 500g of chicken would I half the amount of spices? Thanks again for all you do.
Definitely be doing this one very soon.. I'm sure it will be delicious as are all your others. It's a shame you were in Bangladesh a couple of weeks ago when we visited your restaurant, I suppose we'll have to visit again. Not sure about the video close ups though. Thanks again Latif.
Wowsa! I made this tonight and it was sensational, to put it mildly! Seriously spicy, which I love, and that was without the green chilliest at the end. Gorgeous curry, thanks again Latif! Inspirational! Cheers Milo
I did make your Bengali chicken masala but use BIG king prawns instead of chicken, didn't add lemon juice or cook the prawns first. It turned out amazing: tasty, spicy and delicious. Thanks for your inspiration and your wonderful channel: I like your new studio kitchen by the way.
Hi Latif. Wow, this dish looks amazing, and I'm sure it tastes the same. I can't wait to attempt to cook this dish. I love the green chillies at the end. Have to have it with rice / naan or roti 😊. Greetings from South Africa 🇿🇦
