The Combat-System in this game is so fun, While the Normal Attacks are the exact same across all stances, The unique buffs of the Heavy and Held-Heavies with how cleanly you intermix them, Can lead to such fun combos, Theres nothing like spamming down a warlords stagger using water-stances flurry of blows, Just to then transition into stones piercing-thrust and triple-tap them with its high damage to insta-kill them.

3 tips stone stance the heavy’s break swordsman’s guards quicker and water stance breaks shields quicker. Blue attacks are able to be parried allowing for a counter red are not. Those question marks lead to bamboo strikes. Onsens/hot springs, haikus, pillars of honor, and haikus I recommend doing the hot springs bamboo strikes and shrines as fast as possible bamboo strikes increase ur resolve and the hot springs increase ur max health while the shrines give u wax wood and charms and one of them gives an op charm called mizu-no-Kami which makes perfect dodges, and parries have a bigger window allowing it to be easier to do.
And Inari shrines I meant to put instead of haikus twice

@@1k_voicesfr I’m on lethal+ currently and I was struggling on a boss I used the sarugami armour witn that charm and it was BROKEN his health went down so fast

Just a tip you can lock on enemies but it's turned off by default so to enable it just go to the gameplay sertings and find "target lock" and enable it, then you can lock onto enemies by pressing up on the dpad

i have a tip, if you feel overwhelmed during a fight, hold R2; this gives you some sort of slow motion to just analyse the situation and change your stance

Ever realized how cool the title of “War Camp General” is? so badass! but anyways Lethal’s combat is unforgiving. You die in 1 or 2 hits but so do your enemies, its basically realistic mode and every blade and arrow feels powerful and potent, a single sword strike is lethal…
The formula to kill mongols: Use heavies until their stance breaks and then use light attacks for damage.
Stone stance heavies do a lot of stance damage towards swordsmen.
Water stance heavies do a lot of stance damage to shield men
You can guess what the other stances do.
Water easily my favourite stance, shits so smooth man

There is an armor set in the game allowing you to become McCree from overwatch when fully upgraded and shoot down entire armies with no issue

There absolutely is a lock on, it was added later when Ghost dropped on the PS5 with the Iki expansion.

@@IlikeForHonor I personally don’t use it because of how frequently you need to fight multiple enemies at the same time. I got used to playing the game before they put in the camera lock so I didn’t find it necessary. But it works like how any other camera lock does.

yeah, lethal is more like a newbie killer while hard mode beefs up your enemies like genghis khan
in my opinion the first thing you need to focus on is getting all the stances. the first one, Stone is best against swords. The second, Water is for shields. The third, Wind.. im not gonna spoil haha but they make the sword fighting amazing haha
You need to use your heavy attacks more to break their guards

There is a way to lock on you have to turn it on in the settings it will be the UP button on the D-pad.

@@SteeleStrife glad I could help my friend. And check the settings to make sure you're in performance mode and not graphics so you might not even be running at 60fps. I know mine wasn't till I changed it. I even have my PS5 setting so everything runs on performance and mine was still set on graphics for GoT.

@@SteeleStrife can’t tell if you’re fw me but yea bro hold down your heavy attack and let it rip (stone stance does a stab that goes through sword blocks, water stance does a bunch of fast attacks that decimate shields) you also let them it go a little before the full animation is complete to do it faster
