      SNOWY OSORIO I started with very simple exercises, before you come to these kind of workouts, learn how to do a push-up, squat and crunch the correct way, then focus on the breathing and really work on your back so these exercises come easy to you, and after you've acomplished all that, you can start with workouts like this! This took more than a year for me tbh, so don't stress 😊👍

    Thank you so much for these free workouts and for not continuously talking about burning calories! I am currently recovering from almost dying from anorexia and I am trying to find good resources that are more revolving around the idea of having fun and not burning calories or losing weight because there is soo much more to life than that!

    A lot of people keep saying they are going to update... but I will.
    Bit of background, I already have a 4 pack but it's my upper abs. Been having trouble forming my lower ones so decided to try this out. Getting abs is easy for me I think I got a 2 pack in less than a month.
    First day, doing the workout was a little hard but I loved it. Felt a good burn in my abs. Hoping to see results.
    Day 2. Was still hard but not as hard as yesterday. I can keep up with her better now. I can see a small difference compared to before.
    Day 3. For some reason it was quite hard today. I think it's because I went to the gym and did this too. But loved it. Feel the abs burning when working out.
    Another update from today, my Mum mentioned seeing another set of and slowly coming through (my lower ones).
    Day 4. Was quite easy today. My body is getting used to it. The one with the table tot position kills me, but can really feel the burn. Still seeing a lot of progress.
    Day 5. Done, was quite easy today. Kept up very well without any breaks.
    Day 6. Really didn't want to do it today but I did. Went through it easily. It's the first time I went through it without a break inbetween. Can totally see a big difference from the start to now.
    Day 7. It's only been a week and I can 100% tell the difference. My lower abs are forming perfectly. When she says to keep your back flat against the ground I could never do it. 7 days in and I can finally keep it flat on the ground so dont be worried of you can't straight away.
    Day 8. Was a little hard today as I had injured my right knee this morning. So flexing with that leg was hard. Still completed it just a lot slower.
    Day 9. Done, knee is still hurting but did my best. After 15 days I think I'm going to start a new ab workout for another 15 days and so on. Loving this though
    Day 10. Done instead of doing 15 days I'm doing 20 instead the odd number was getting to me. Today was good, leg still hurts a little not as much as yesterday though. My lower abs are here now. Very well seen as well.
    Day 11. Done, my leg feels a lot better but can still feel the strain. Good workout though
    Day 12. I did do the workout today, just logged it late as my boyfriend is visiting. Got him involved and he was dying. Made me realise how far I have come.
    Didn't do today. Was on a holiday and had no time.

    The mind is stronger than the body and it can control even pain. If you overcome the mental barriers (the limitations you have picked up over the years) the body will do what you want it to, but, only if you train hard and focus on your goal. Physical workout is easier if you find motivation. Rather like the horse and the carrot if you get my drift. This girl does it properly and gives the correct instructions on how to perform the exercises with safety. Progress is gradual don't expect your muscles to become powerful overnight. You must feed your body healthy food especially protein for muscle growth. I'm very glad I found this page and I sincerely thank miss MadFit for all her contributions and effort to post so many videos. You are my number one. What you see is what you get. All the best!
    Remember: nothing is impossible; the sky is the limit or perhaps even further and beyond.

    ive been doing this every day for almost a week now and I don't see any differences, but I notice that my endurance is building up. I am now able to do these exercises without pausing and it is easier for me to keep my back pressed to the ground. Thank you for this video. I am determined to only set 10 minutes aside during my day to do this workout. I want my lower belly fat gone!

    HLY HELLL!! this was insane! I was sore and still am sore for three days now. It is so short, simple, yet challenging and you can feel it. never felt this sore in sooooo long. Gets you right in that lower core area. LOVE YOUR VIDEOS!

    I simply love you and this workout. Due to stress and depression I LOST my abs in just one month(!!!), after working for those I don't know maybe an entire year. Now there gone and I'm trying to get back on track and your channel is just wonderful. Challenging me in the most positive way! Kissies

    Wow! This is my third abdominal workout video I have done of yours and this one is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! I love your 10 minute abs because I can do them before work in the mornings with limited time and they are very effective and FUN! Your channel was a rare find! A mermaid in a sea of eel!

    Oh my god I really loved this workout! It wasn't even that hard to do but it was hard to keep your back on the ground. However, this was such a great and lenient workout!😁
