    I have been doing this routine for 2 months and I love it! When I started I could only do 1 V-sit, now I can do the entire set!!!

    I really enjoyed your workout! Normally I easily get bored or demotivated but your routines are super fun and varied. 💪🏼😊
    Maybe put the next exercise in a little screen in one of the top corners so its easier to get through the routine without pausing 😊👍🏻

    I LOVE your ab routines. I had very little ab strength when I first started and now I feel like there’s a washboard under there. Now I just need to trim a little layer of fat. I feel super strong and confident with a strong core. Thank you!

    So I’m doing this workout and another one named 10 min get rid of belly fat: love handles by Chloe Tings and I’ll record it on here.
    Day 1: nothing changed
    Day 2: nothing changed
    Day 3: skipped 🥴
    Day 4: nothing changed (I’m keeping in mind that it does take a while to form)
    Day 5: nothing changed but today I felt so tired lol
    Day 6: nothing changed, almost wanted to give up ✋😃
    Day 7: I skipped cause I was busy
    Day 8: I don’t think anything changed

      you need to try more time to have results and take care of what you eat
      If you don't change your diet the exercise will not work miracles

    hi! I used to do this workout everyday and got incredible results, then i stopped working out for some months... But now im back, fighting with myself, i noticed it's harder to do it now clearly, but i'll get back to where i was and even further there. thank you maddie!!! You really are an inspiration

    I did this workout as well as 3x20 leg lifts from a pull up bar everyday for two months. Mad results. No excuse for the pooch.
