I am now 18 years old and went vegan about a week before I found you guys. It has been pretty hard these first weeks, coming out, because it is really not normal around here, at all. Marte Brækken while this is great and all, make sure you’re a vegan for the ‘right reasons’ & not using it as a way to restrict what/where you can eat. I know a lot of people that have/had eating disorders who subconsciously used veganism as a way to control what they ate. Please dig deep & find out your real reasons!

If you compare the digestive system of humans to omnivorous and herbivorous animals you would see that we are biologically herbivores but go off. Also why would going vegan reverse heart disease, thyroid problems, IBS, and other harmful diseases caused by eating meat if it's so 'unhealthy'?

Humans have existed for a long time - rewind even 500 years ago and we lived very primatively and we hunted and gathered. Sure most of our diet was food that was gathered/grown a lot of beans fruits but the body is meant to be supplemented by meat. Why do we have canines?

Before watching your videos I never knew about "pushing your back into the ground" during ab workouts. It definetly makes a difference! Thank you for be adamit about that in your videos. Ooh! I also used to get very sore in my hip flexors and always wondered why they'd feel fatigued during certain ab workouts. And now I know! Thank you for being detailed and trying to actually explain the movements!

this workout also works the inner thighs, arms and shoulders, and butt. i have never tried your workouts but maybe in 5 or 6 months i will. right now im following my own custom created workouts and ones from blogilates. have a good day!

I did the first 20 min core workout that you uploaded, struggled a lot at first, worked on it for a month and started improving. THEN, this one came and I tried it, almost died lmao, but made it through! I love your workouts soooo much! Thank you so much!
What a creative ab sequence! There were some exercises I never did before. However as a woman in her late 60s who still puts in a 50-60 hour week, and who got up early on a Sunday morning to work out, I really don’t appreciate the “don’t be lazy” and “don’t cheat” comments. This is punitive and not motivational language, probably something you heard in your early training. Please infuse your videos with more upbeat and motivational comments, Maddie. You can do this! Thanks 🙏🏽

I remember a few weeks ago I could only do half of one of your videos at best and now I do a few a day. I love your routines and your videos are so zen :) I can't do gyms and I knew a vegan could get just as strong as a non-vegan but I never tried until now! Thank you for posting!
can you do some workouts with no repeat? i hate when whole workouts repeat bc if i hate a workout it makes me give up. if i only have to do it once it makes it interesting and go by way quicker.

Make sure you eat right though as a vegan it may be hard to find all the nutrients you need. ☺
You need to eat meat to be healthy - we are meant to eat meat as omnivores.

When I first started doing abs, this workout was absolutely brutal. Now I can do it comfortably without breaks :) Thank you for helping me improve!

Loved this!! I have wrist issues, so it was nice to find a longer core workout that wasn’t in plank for most of it.
