your body is literally my goalssss and dreammm, esp abs!!!! why is it whenever I do your ab exercises I don't feel the burn in the abs, but more in the legs?
remember to keep the core engaged (flattening the back on the floor as much as you can/minimal gap). its a LOT harder than it seems. if your core is weak often youll put a lot of strain into legs to compensate ive found
because your upper legs are part of your core and these are abs and core workouts

This was the most fun AND most challenging workout I’ve tried on Madfit. All of your workouts I’ve tried so far were hard but were also serving as some TRAINING for THIS very intense one. I mean, I also am an avid cyclist who hikes, takes care of my special needs son and does yoga. These workouts helped me speed up the healing process of ALL my injuries - including the chronic ones! This workout here has been a milestone that makes me feel like my fitness will be taken to the next level.
This quarantine has been a challenge so far so thank you for helping me stay in shape from the comfort of my living room! I work out while our one year old twins nap, so having a 10 or 20 min video makes it so much easier to fit exercise in. Thank you for making your videos!!!

You know my problem with routines like this isn't the fact my lower back can't stick to the ground but the fact my core sticks out whenever I do a crunch or leg drop. I'm pulling in my core as hard as I can yet I'm kind of getting better but it's still pretty frustrating. Any advice?
Just try it again and again, I had the same problem but the more you train, you gain more strength and its easier😊(try not getting too low with the legs drop and go lower when you feel like you can do it)
Your core is weak. Keep going it'll get better. Don't worry!

so you understood that doing it correctly should come from your mind and not from your muscles.
i personally focus on two things.
1. think of pushing your stomach to the ground, not pulling it in
2. think of moving the pressure out of your head and neck to your core to do the work
the moment you feel your lower back coming off the floor actively think of both of those things. if it still doesn't work, end your rep there. with time you'll do this easily! gl!
