I trail run in the Pacific Northwest. Lots of mud here. The Thundercross does phenomenal in mud! Highly recommend, but have had to play with how tight to lace up. I prefer a little bit of a looser fit.
Love the review thanks so much! I was looking at the brookes catamount 3 , but as I’ll be running in a muddy Epping Forrest over winter, wondering if these will be better as GTX ?
Catamount 3 is awesome but yes for that UK mud you will be better placed with this one or something like Speedgoat 6, MTL Long Sky 2 Matryx, or The North Face Vectiv Infinite 2. All reviewed on the channel so check them out to learn more (all have great outsoles for mud). -A

@@trailandkale aw thanks for the advice! ☺️
I love the shoe. I just where I run. I wish you had a little bit more drainage maybe version two.
It's a great shoe, isn't it! Looking forward to seeing what they do for v2.
@@trailandkale thanks love your channel, but just picked up pulsar trail for $55 online. Should work till spring then I’ll switch back to Luna sandals
