I was a decent fell runner but got lost on Scafell somewhere, so by the time I got back to Wasdale Head, Joss had departed for home. Ah well, I still got the certificate. @@theGuardian the NHS is desperate for blood donations, you could have done an article on people who have broken donation records, thus encouraging more people to donate themselves allowing the NHS to save peoples lives with it, instead you chose to lose your head over someone choosing to play games, encouraging more people to waste time doing stuff that's meaningless, that's pretty lame

Being able to run, and run well, is one of the most defining human traits. Some excel in it and that is indeed worth celebrating.
