Discovered this vid today…I thought it might b gentle, but I was so surprised at how varied and tough it was! A full body workout with clear instructions and posture checks and I loved it!!
I did this workout in my early 20s and initially laughed because it was for “old” women but boy oh boy I was surprised how tough it was! Now I’m older than most of the women in this video! Crazy to think about.
Great all-purpose work-out. Lively, fun with motivating music. Any part that is difficult or uncomfortable can be moderated so you can make it to the finish. Feeling good!
Thanks I used to it before Parkinson’s disease now I can do it again to reduce the stiffness & ease the pain so please please do not take it away from me. 🙏

What a pity they didn't transfer it to dvd and make it available still. I've downloaded it as you advise someone else.....but can't find where it then goes to!! Ditto with ALL the RUclips vids i try downloading! Can save them but WHERE do the RUclips downloads GO TO in my phone!!!? They're never to be found in my Internal or sd downloads....
Awesome! I'm glad you found it here. As for where it downloads to on your phone,sadly I'm not sure. My phone has a spot in the gallery where I can look at all the videos on it,maybe try that! And yes,aerobic VHS were a huge part of the VHS market,but I'd say 99 percent of them never made it past VHS.

No, whenever I've downloaded from youtube, I never see it again!! It's never in my phone's internal or sd gallery, nor any other category of Files. So still a mystery then! It's now in my own list of Saved RUclips vids and in email to moi, so is there danger of Google just removing this any day? (& this is where my non techness comes in....you've uploaded it, from a video that's no longer available (either real or online), yes? So where exactly IS your upload !?!? (In sense of how safe is it for eternity!?) (Tho is ANYTHING that safe and secure anymore!!? Tho now moving into the esoteric & philosophical realms!! 😉😅)

Do you have RUclips premium? If so when you click download the file is accessible only through the app/site itself
