    Great warmup routine, I just finished my first workout with the system yesterday and even with a strong yoga/natural movement background I found the workout to be fun and challenging. I took a few practice swings immediately afterwards and I could get into positions in my swing I’ve been working on with my coach that I have struggled with previously. You guys have developed a great tool and I hope more golfers reach for this instead of a new driver to improve their game this season!

    I wish you stated if you used the heavy, medium or light resistance tube.

      What was your swing speed before you started training with Golf Forever?

      @@PS2013 I dropped down to 90 and couldn't figure out why I couldn't get back to over 100. This and Hank Haney's training at performance golf .com got me smashing straight drives.

    Why they use 2 bars instead to swap the side? is there a reason for that?
