    Are you using two bands for filming purposes?

      Yes, every video in their app has two bars set up like this so they stay facing the camera.

    I like this but after having both knees replaced I can’t do a lot of these on my knees :(

    So much pushing.. Would like to see more pulling exercises..... The rotation works the back but actual pulling

      This should not and is not intended to be a complete fitness regimen. Obviously you can add pull ups, rows, and face pulls to this.
