    the first exercise isn't being performed the best way it can be. When you step lateral with say the left foot the right foot then steps the same amount. This way the resistance is always on. The way it is being performed you lose resistance. Take it for what its worth

    It’s most important you decrease the amount of Lumbar lordosis. If you don’t you will increase pressure on the Facet joints, creating lower back pain. Really like the video. Thank You

    Great warmup routine, I just finished my first workout with the system yesterday and even with a strong yoga/natural movement background I found the workout to be fun and challenging. I took a few practice swings immediately afterwards and I could get into positions in my swing I’ve been working on with my coach that I have struggled with previously. You guys have developed a great tool and I hope more golfers reach for this instead of a new driver to improve their game this season!

    I can work my driver to carry anywhere from 235 to 305. I’ve carried 330 with an all out swing before but all the stars aligned, but it’s alignment if you align the correct way and learn how to work the ball that will do wonders for anyones game, went from a 25+ handicap to a 5.8 just learning that a simple reliable chip shot and not swinging hard. Have to get out of trying to kill the ball

    Amateurs try to overpower everything, swing hard and use too much upper body. Swing fast but smooth, especially with irons. Start off with a slow practice swing and swing as fast as you can in balance like 80 percent that’s your swing. Distance really doesn’t fall off either
