My dad recently helped me buy this same car and I Love it. I've never owned a Honda before and I can say I'm happy I now do. Mine is a standard transmission, 5 speed which I'm happy for since to me it makes driving more fun, and it's super great on gas. The ac is nice and cold and the seats are comfortable. Mine are cloth which again I like because I'm living in the south and it stays hot but I don't stick to the seat or get burned getting in. The performance is really impressive and it's really quiet and smooth on the highway. I'd recommend buying one of these models to anyone looking for a good dependable car🌟

Coming from a 2007 Civic 1.8 Coupe manual and upgraded to this. Lucky to find a 2008 EX 5 spd too! So far I am really happy with it and never expected I will like it this much. Yes the K24z3 is definitely a sleeper on these Accords and yes VTEC kicks at 5200 to 7100 baby!
Yes AC is in fact really cold and cabin noise is not bad. It's not very quiet since it's a 2008 compared to newer car nowadays but this car is definitely solid. You should test drive one
Yes mine is an Lx and has the 5 speed, I think they're pretty rare, most come with automatic

@@tuoyojackson Yes, it arrived, I got it just the day before everything got shut down because of corona (Got really lucky here!). It's an awesome car! I really love it! It's in perfect condition, despite its 108000 miles on it currently. Plenty of room in the cabin and very comfortable. The ride is not the smoothest, but it's not stiff either. I would say that this kind of suspension is the best option, because it has a really good balance between sportiness and comfort. The car handles great, does not roll when taking rough turns... It's exactly what I wanted to get. It's not the fastest car of course, anyways, 190hp is not too much for a car that is 1500kg (Clean weight, no passengers), but it gets the job done, overtaking is not a problem at all! On the other hand, the fuel economy is even better than expected! Just had a 300 km ride on a highway, AC was on, was driving 110-120 km/h (About 70mph) and it used just 7 litres on 100km (34 mpg), in city its 10-11 l/100km (23mpg on average). So, if you need a reliable cars, with huge space in it and relatively fast, it's a really good option

The K24Z3 Honda engine is incredible.
Mine looks identical and it has 225k miles. Just did the brakes/rotors and assembly belt. Excellent car!
3 small drawbacks with this specific one is that it doesn't have the led mirrors nor the liner for the hood and trunk nor the fog lights

It seems everyone likes to hate on the 8th gen Accord but I don't mind them. Granted I do like the 9th fen more but these aren't bad
Yeh the newer 13 accords are pretty much better than this accord in every way. Still, Honda made these cars to last and I doubt the exterior will look dated in a very long time. Everybody will still want this car 10 years from now, just like how everybody is still buying 90s Hondas.

This car is almost exactly like my dads old Honda Accord. The only thing different is the interior color. I loved that car and may get one myself.

The aux is in the center console. there's a 12V in there also. I have the same model, looks just like this one.
