I got one almost a month ago and I really like it, that 3.5 6 has plenty of power for the car. It’s got 237k on it but it’s been garaged and well maintained so it’s in really good condition. My biggest issue so far is the headliner needs replaced but the leather is in really good condition. They bought some aftermarket wheels that good on it . I figure with just $4k in it I won’t mind spending a few dollars on it. Heck it cost money to keep anything on the road.
@@18618madeinamerica i don't know what it is but every Honda through those 8th gen years has headliner and airbag issues but hey the dependability speaks for itself
I noticed you have an another comment so ill answer both your questions here. I, personally, would pick the 09 Accord over a 2011 Civic. If the Accord is a 4 cylinder, than you really can't go wrong with either. The V6 Accords are more fun and faster but less fuel efficient and a little more maintenance. Of course pick what you like best because the Accord may be a little more expensive. But if you want to spend as little money as possible, the civic is a great choice too. Don't forget to get inspections done regardless of which you buy. Thanks for watching!
Really depends on what you want like small and dependable with not that much paper or big with some nice speed go with the accord each gonna give you good reablitly and style
I’m just wondering about the Bluetooth my 09 accord has Bluetooth ( it’s on top of the drivers side window not on the main dash) but it only works for calls does anyone know how to use it for music too? It will be greatly appreciated thanks
I bought a Bluetooth from apple called air fly pro and it’s been working great since I had it for about 2 years now.. just plug it into the aux and connect it or it remembers your phone! N you can charge it while using it it works for music not calls tho but I like it that way
Hey there! Just test drove one of these the other day. Mind telling me if the brake pedal on this is on the softer side. The car stopped fine but it seemed less firm and touchy than ones Ive used in the past. Also, is the shifting pretty noticeable through the first 2 or 3 gears? Cause it didn't seem like it was slipping but the shifts were noticeable. No idea if you'll even see this lol but I just wanted to throw it out there anyway!
Hello! I hope I can help! Brake pedal: be sure pads and rotors are in good condition, brake fluid has been changed, no air in the brake lines. Aside from that mine has never been crazy sensitive unless brand new parts. Shifting: For me, it changes at an average speed, not the quickest but shouldn't be taking abnormal amounts of time to shift. Transmission fluid changes help from what I hear. Aside from that I would encourage you to get a private inspection from your mechanic to double check. Thanks for watching!
Guys watch out for the engine problems such as the vtc actuator most common in the v4 models that cost and repair can be up too 1000$ ,it’s a grinding noise when you cold start your car ,my suggestion is stay away from 2008-2010

Mine doesn't clunk but it isn't smooth. You feel when it shifts. Every 8th gen has been that was that I've driven. If it makes you feel better mine has been like this since new and has 190k on it now. I change fluid every 30k. It's a good car don't worry
I just purchased a garage kept 09 with 6k miles. Older couple owned but rarely used. Did a tune up just to be safe and thing runs great transmission is Honda smooth lol

Depends on the trim and engine, if it's a top of the line v6 ex-l with super low mileage (well below average) and body is in perfect condition, same with interior and a full inspection saying it doesn't need anything.. Thanks a lot! This is actually the base LX trim. Thanks for watching!
Bought my 09 silver V6 don't know what exact model exlp or something but I was impressed it has the fog lights black leather heated seats and mirrors navigation memory seats position and bought it for 5k and I was really impressed with the power of the that V6 at 271 hp which is actually 10hp more than a 93 coba mustang 5.0..Tgis sedan will scoot when you want it to and that VTech a long with that power is nice when you want that power....there is no reason that a fully bolt on v6 accord won't net you over 300hp
Blows the doors off my 95 I had. 😂
My mom used to have a maroon coupe with the red cloth seats, great car!
2009 115,000 accord lx or 2011 147,000 civic which should I buy please let me know
I noticed you have an another comment so ill answer both your questions here.
Nice fun good looking cars

I’m just wondering about the Bluetooth my 09 accord has Bluetooth ( it’s on top of the drivers side window not on the main dash)
but it only works for calls does anyone know how to use it for music too? It will be greatly appreciated thanks
I remember top trims having that feature, I'm not sure if there is a way to get music to play, hopefully someone knows. Thanks for watching !
I bought a Bluetooth from apple called air fly pro and it’s been working great since I had it for about 2 years now.. just plug it into the aux and connect it or it remembers your phone! N you can charge it while using it it works for music not calls tho but I like it that way
I have a simple, small made in China Bluetooth piece that I bought for a few bucks and it sounds amazing.
Guys watch out for the engine problems such as the vtc actuator most common in the v4 models that cost and repair can be up too 1000$ ,it’s a grinding noise when you cold start your car ,my suggestion is stay away from 2008-2010
I’m thinking getting a 2009 honda accord for $4500. You think its gonna be worth it?
First car btw
@@pauloluisbordios2886 I bought one for 4700 and I already got a problem with the grinding noise really pissed me off because I just bought it and one day later it does this like i said stay away front the 2008-2010 Atleast

Hello, I just bought one, but I can’t find the bluetooth buttton. Does this car have it?
Hi! Only the higher trim models have Bluetooth as far as I remember. I have the base lx so I don't have any in mine. But if you have it you should see buttons on the steering wheel for it. Thanks for watching !
Did the transmission feel smooth and refined to you? I recently got one with only 16k miles but the transmission is really annoying. It never shifts smoothly and it clunks when coming to a stop
I wouldn't say refined but mine has been smooth. 16k miles !? Insanely low, maybe check with your mechanic if it needs a transmission service or fluid change? I haven't had any abnormal shifts or clunks. Hope you get to the bottom of this and let me know when you find out!
Thanks for watching!

Is 15k too much for a 2009 Honda Accord?
Depends on the trim and engine, if it's a top of the line v6 ex-l with super low mileage (well below average) and body is in perfect condition, same with interior and a full inspection saying it doesn't need anything.. I may consider paying for it but it's on the higher end in my opinion, if this is in CAD if your in the states than 15 is way too much . Thanks for watching !
I prefer the 7th gen interior..looks more nicer
I had one before the 8th. Thanks for watching!
Great car. Seat adjustments suck.. which is why I’m selling lol
