heres a little story; i was 13 when i first got my first back pain. It went away without any stretching, but almost a month later it came back and more worse. It really affected my football trainings and matchs, there was a important tournament, where i couldnt unfortunately go because of the pain, i couldnt even run. Walking hurts. Tried some lower back pain stretches, nothing fixed. Year later, had been suffering from the lower back pain for a YEAR. My family didnt have the money for doctor. I sometimes couldnt stand after i woke up. But then, I found exactly this video, started using this for months, started to go to the gym, started daily stretching and face routines, started drinking water and my acne went away. Now im 15 and more perfect me than i could ever imagine. I have a girlfriend, lots of friends, never drinked alcohol, and football is still in my heart, now I can play because all the pain went away. Yesterday i had football match, won led to the first division, tie or loss wouldnt be enough. I remembered little myself and did this for him. I scored 2 times and we promoted! Just wanted to come back to where it all started, thank you really much Heather Robertson!!

I would like to state that before I discovered this miracle of an exercise my life was extremely on edge. The excruciating pain of my spinal bone was driving me into a spiral of despair and insanity. I thought there was no hope left and I would end up tearing my spine right out of my body, however my cries for help were answered by Heather. This exercise healed my back, restored my hope, and aided my recovery from the trauma my back has caused me. I am ever so grateful to Heather

That is so true! That's the most important thing you can do for your health and back. It is life-transforming. Be committed to doing stretching and exercises every day and your back and body will heal itself, even after years of chronic pain!

I move way too little in my every day life and now started developing back issues due to a change in my job where I now sit all day. My orthopedist told me that I need to start working out (long walks and such), but I didn't manage to implement that. I found this workout and push myself to do it every day, since it helps my back tremendously. Thanks a lot! I am not in pain anymore. :)

Thank god.. it really help relieve the lower back pain.. i suffer from the sprained lower back pain like 2 months ago.. and i keep practice it every morning for 2 weeks.. and amazingly,, my pain slowly fade away🤩..

Threw out my back yesterday. I'm 24. Did as much of this workout as I could, hurt a lot at first, but did it two more times and today I did it and my pain is nearly gone. Remember to stretch, y'all.
Super useful stretching exercises. I have been doing the classic beginner mistake of hard workouts - no stretch. Seeing and especially feeling the benefit of properly stretching now however I regret not doing so earlier

That felt so good. I think back stretches are great even when you aren't in pain. It's like necessary maintenance for the body 🙌🏻
