    This is by far the best stretching routine on RUclips. I've tried others and I definitely see the difference afterwards, I am more flexible, I feel more relaxed and I don't have the pains that I use to. My only wish would be to be doing this every day, I would feel so much better. Thank you so much for posting this ❤, you are a lifesaver.

    That was a great stretching routine! I thoroughly enjoy stretching. It helps me overcome tightness, and soreness - it also helps improve my flexibility. Again, that was a great stretching routine.

    with this stretching routine, will we not need anything extra, meaning will the be a good routine to take away any restriction in flexibility or problems such as tight hamstrings in my case?
