This is by far the best stretching routine on RUclips. I've tried others and I definitely see the difference afterwards, I am more flexible, I feel more relaxed and I don't have the pains that I use to. That was a great stretching routine! I thoroughly enjoy stretching. It helps me overcome tightness, and soreness - it also helps improve my flexibility. Again, that was a great stretching routine.
with this stretching routine, will we not need anything extra, meaning will the be a good routine to take away any restriction in flexibility or problems such as tight hamstrings in my case?

Do you follow Melissa Bender? She just had a baby, so she posted a full body workouts (with and without dumbells) while she was pregnant and is now posting a lot of great post-partum workouts. Lots of great tips for modifications for core support and ab work that is pregnancy safe on her instagram channel, too. Also, congratulations!!
