  • Do you struggle with perpetual tension and tightness in your neck, shoulders, and/or upper back? Welcome to living in the modern world. We mostly live in our heads these days and are dependent on technology and long hours of sitting staring at screens (many of us for hours a day). These activities can overtax the neck and shoulders and concentrate tension in this area. Never fear, yoga has many techniques that can relieve you of stiffness and pain in this area of the body!
    I’ll guide you through my go to stretching and conditioning techniques to relieve tension in your neck, shoulders and upper back. In this class you’ll see some yoga favorites like Eagle arms 🦅 and Supported Fish 🐟 with stretch techniques like nerve flossing for neck and shoulders mixed in for a dynamic grab bag of support!
    You’ll need a strap and blocks for this practice.
