I have the 2022 kia sorento sx prestige line and it has heated rear seats as well as usb charging ports tucked in the side panels of the front seats. I absolutely love this car! Very comfortable, tons of room and overall a beautiful vehicle!

Thanks for a great review. We decided against this model primarily because of the teeny tiny storage when all 3 rows are up. And when we have 2 car seats up all the time, there is no way we are going to put the 3rd row down. Rest of the car is good, and we were actually looking at the phev version of this.

I feel like review missed out on the driving expierience. Everyone smiles the first few times they drive the car😂 I am working on my fuel efficiency now (21.9mpg) for mainly city driving. Owner of 2022 Kia Sorento SX AWD since about a month. Love it! Best thing: fuel efficiency to the power of the car and worse thing: ambient lighting. Managed to get it for MSRP price!
Recently bought my 2023 Sorento PHEV SX Prestige light seats interior and it does not feel like "it is" a luxury car and blows away alot of high end competitors in its class ✨️
I just traded in my 2022 Sorento Hybrid because of the lack of space behind the 3rd row. I loved everything else about the vehicle, especially the second row legroom. I was only averaging 32 mpg with the hybrid though.

IIHS top rating is Top Safety Pick Plus. NHTSA top rating is 5 Stars. The Sorento got the second highest rating from both organizations.

How couldn you see the vents on the 3d row? at your left, so as the additional AC unit with controls on the right side.
Kia needs to do family friendly tilt in Sorento, Telluride and Carnival, make the last one as PHEV and send it to EU:)
When showing the 3rd row seat, please slide over to the seat thats further away from the camera that way we can see how much leg room it has.

Can you review the Sorento bench seat model for 3 car seats? Like if you essentially ditched the 3rd row and used it as trunk space, could this be a five seater for a family with 3 little kids?

The Kia Sorento in Canada has vents in the third row and a dial to control the air. I wish they would have given that option for the sorento too. Have you tested out the Kia Sorento X prestige line as well as the Hybrid top of the line model? I like that you can actually get heated seats in the 2nd row on the X Prestige line. Lastly, why is there no sun shades on the upper models a least. Their telluride and carnival have shades, you would think since it’s a 3 row there would a least be some. I feel that the vents in 3rd row and sun shades are the only things missing. 🥺
This makes me so upset. I have the US version and would love all that + the terrain mode feature for sand, mud, and snow

That dress is beautiful!! No window shades in 2nd row and no heat seats and no vents in 3rd row almost no space in back .I feel at 41000 I expect more?
It doesn't, my 14 sxl has the pull up shades in 2nd row and heated seats in back. But I'll never buy kia again anyway. Forget kia.
If you get the trim with all those goodies, then you are paying too much for a Kia.

I really wish Kia did the colour options in Australia that you have Stateside though! Love this all black look, but our black option has too much chrome, including 18” rims.
And I dearly wish the Telluride was available in Aus! Such an awesome large SUV, and looks incredible in the green colour options especially.
When you test the trunks with the stroller can you try with only one of the seats down but the other one up too?
She usually doesn’t do that test because she’s said it can be a hazard for the person sitting in the third row next to the cargo.

Is it safe to have a child in a booster in one of the third row seats and the other 3rd row seat permanently down for storage?
Kelly has advised against it because, in the case of an accident, anything can become a projectile and hit the person in the third seat. This is why she's praised bench seats, it's a solid wall for things to hit instead of flying forward toward everyone in the car.

I have a Sorento sxl and honestly loved the SUV. But after everything going on with kia I will never buy one again. The stress of wondering if my cars going to be broken into. Sure it's a push start so can't be stolen the the ones in the challenge but the thiefs don't know that. And there lack of response or just an apology as in all honesty they can't fix almost 20 mill cars they fucked off. But kia is dead to me and if your doing this review for families then I wouldn't even touch kia. These kids don't even know if it's a 22' 23' or push start. And there's a 5 month wait on passenger windows were I am. It's messed up. Screw kia. Never again.
It's not Kia's fault that crime has increased 50%. Put the offenders in jail and not back onto the streets.
@@sparklander what are you serious? No it's not kias fault crime has increased, it is though kias fault kia/Hyundai theft has increased 260 plus percent. In my city just in July this year 323 kias we're stolen. Just kia. That is 100% there fault for not putting in ignition regulators in. But beyond that a simple yea we screwed up we are sorry would go a long way. Like I said my version is push start an can't be stolen the way the kia challenge has shown everyone but they don't know that. So the fact I can't go to the gas station, grocery store, the hospital, my kids karate practice without knowing if my cars window will be smashed, or someone not as lucky if there car will even be there is bull shit and an unnecessary fear on top of life. Over 20 million cars that will always be targets now. And I believe total kia thefts are in the thousands in just a few months. 100x more than any other car. And yea part of it is the news showing how it's done and TikTok allowing the videos to remain up but for me and winter coming with a 5 month wait on kia passenger windows because so many cars are being broken into n stolen I'm trading it in and will never buy from them again.
@@sparklander oh and 90% of the offenders are underage kids who saw the very easy tik tok showing how it's done. The average time to steal a Kia is about 3 min. The hardest part is breaking the window. So has nothing to do with repeat offenders or car thieves. There not chopping or selling these cars just joy riding and crashing them.
