    This Full Body Pilates Workout is Day 23 of the 30-Day Pilates Journey, “Finding your Center.” This pilates workout is all about going outside the box and finding more freedom, creativity and playfulness with your movements.
    Give yourself permission to “play” as part of your workouts! Not every routine has to be fully structured… allow some room for exploring the movements and finding what feels good for you. This routine takes some of our traditional pilates exercises and changes them up a bit so you can experience them in a different way and see what feels good to you. Be free with it and have fun!
    Even though these moves may be different, keep your powerhouse engaged! Finding your Center is just as important here :)

    I like this freedom flow as I feel all my body have been moved!
    I started to like these mini (30 minutes) workouts. Originally, I was more used to gym classes that is an hour long but now even it’s my ‘rest’ day (Saturday), I decided to jump in and just do it because I know it’s good for my core and it won’t take long!😁🥰 Thank you! I know I am slowly but steadily building up!

      So glad to hear that! I think it's so important that you actually wanted to move your body on your 'rest day' because you enjoy it and you know it's good for you! That's what movement should be!
      PS... I also love the shorter routines these days :) I've realized it doesn't need to be a full hour to feel good and be effective!
