- Police say murder suspect Antwan Franklin and a woman led police on a chase along I-30 during rush hour on Friday. Dash cam video shows the pursuit and Franklin's escape on foot.
Whoever let him out with an ankle monitor should be in jail.

@AlWorth9738he was in jail, he got put on bond with an ankle monitor after being in jail for about a year and then in June of 2023, he cut his ankle monitor off

Clearly Antwan was just in a hurry to get to bible study. He was already running late after volunteering at his local community center when he encountered law enforcement.
His mother should have used birth control and he would not be here.
