    Even though I go to the gym 4 days a week. I do really enjoy doing these workouts on the off days. It’s nice to have correct direction on how to do the exercises correctly. Most people in the gym ,have no concept of how to do various exercises. You ask 10 people and you get 10 different answers.

    I’m kind of new to Silver Sneakers workouts. I almost gave up on them. This is the first workout I actually enjoyed and found effective.

    I have a frozen shoulder. It is painful to lift my right arm more than 25% higher than my side. I ice it to reduce swelling. I have arthritis in that shoulder. I do what exercises I can. They are limited, but frequent. I appreciate your desire for everyone to be healthy.

    Can you get a close up when you do arms or hands, etc? I have to use my phone to view , it's hard to see.

      I’m hoping to have my Medicare Advantage program straightened out by Nov 1, so I can go back to a gym, but it is a wonderful option to have these workouts online!
