Your great slow calm easy to follow

Will try my best! I attend a gym regularly using nautilus, but I don’t see the progress I had hoped. My shoulders hurt and I cannot lift too much weight

Have heard the same- internal rotation sets one up for impingement syndrome?
Or are the weights light enough that won’t be a problem ?

I used to do all sorts of exercises when I was a spring chicken lol! But after working a job that gave me carpal tunnel, I have trouble holding things like weights. Otherwise I would be all over these!

Consistency is key! :)
upright rows are very hard on the shoulders. Impingement often results. This exercise is not needed to get a good shoulder work out.
That is what I’ve always heard as well.
