I really love this workout. I'm a 68 year old woman and really wanted some kind of strength training and this one works well for me. The only thing is when Sam gets to the upper body workout I really need to sit down. I was wondering if this is ok to do. I'm hoping to get into better shape and will be able to stand for the whole time. But for now I have to sit. I really enjoy Sam's workouts Have a great day. ❤💫🌼🌻🌺
For me this is perfect and it has introduced me to the benefits of weight training even though I confess to using 1kg weights in time I will get heavier ones thank you Sam.
I’m 66 yrs old and LOVE cardio. As a result I don’t do much weight training. This weight bearing exercise class was just enough for me. I have to try to work it in a couple times a week. Thanks for saying “neutral wrists, that helped with my soreness there! Loved this!
new to the program I am 75 with osteoporosis trying not to get worse not wanting to take medication your program is easy to follow hope I can maintain stronger bones

I love your manner, style and pace. Thank you for showing side views; that's very helpful because I always worry that I'm not doing certain exercises like squats, correctly. I am 65+, 5'0 with osteoporosis that was diagnosed a few years ago and that my recent DEXA scan shows has worsened. :( I am trying through exercise, diet and calcium + D to avoid medications like Prolia. I have a feeling though that the osteo is going to win out. Just one minor suggestion: While the music isn't too loud, how about something a bit less redundant, with less bass and "techno". Lol
Is there a workout where I can build muscle without burning up too many calories. I am trying to build muscle, and I am really under weight. I need to gain pounds.
This is a great workout but a little too slow and I feel she takes too much time in between exercises to start the next one. I know some need this speed but for those of you who find it too slow, if you follow this on your computer you can go to settings and speed it up to 1.25 and it was perfect for me. Wish I had found this routine sooner!
My insurance dropped SilverSneakers and now subscribes to Renew Active. I miss all my SS instructors and online classes. Renew Active online classes are no where near adaptive for seniors!😢

This is a great workout but a little too slow and I feel she takes too much time in between exercises to start the next one. I know some need this speed but for those of you who find it too slow, if you follow this on your computer you can go to settings and speed it up to 1.25 and it was perfect for me. The slowness is what gives you a great workout
The slower the movement, the higher the intensity and balance challenge.
I have just added this routine to my daily workouts and really enjoy it the pace is just right for me.
Do a deeper squat or lunge in the time frame, if this is too easy. Good tip on the computer speed thx.
