Good workout, but it threw me off, when you didn't immediately follow the exercise on the opposite side after doing it on the initial side. It felt awkward to me. The first example
was at 3.53 min, the Single arm row with roatation. You did it only on one side and afterwards when to a different exercise altogether. I need the symmetry of working each side, one after the other. But nonetheless, a good workout.
The music is irritating.
Turn the sound off and play your own music 😊
