@SilverSneakers, I really enjoyed this work out and I could feel my muscles being worked. So much so that I pinned it to my bookmarks in order to do it on a routine basis! PLEASE, tell us how often would be best to do this routine, once a day, every other day, 3 times a week? The rest of the instruction was great, just would like to know how often would be beneficiary. Thank you in advance.
