That statement would make sense if there weren’t some young people with that same thought process, so while that is true for old people that is equally true with young people, this video is a fine example!

Lamont you were in my hood. My wife and I both saw one of the dead bodies in the Hy-Vee parking lot. Cops asked us if we saw what happened. We said No we were just being nosey.I think the former cop was really at fault. Every step of escalation was from him. He apparently came out of his Xterra with his gun drawn. He did not know the kid was a CC holder. So kid pulls his gun, cop shoots, kid shoots back and they both die. Thanks for stopping by, come back anytime.
From what I read in the news, the F-150 had 4 guys in it. The Xterra driver wouldn't have been so brave to follow the F-150 and get out of his vehicle if he didn't have a gun.

That's good, but I have seen to many my age from the 40s, to my age 50s on up starting trouble with younger people Being disrespectful and getting physical with them for little nonsense and it's ridiculous
You said it best Lamont. I used to be a hot head in traffic but ever since I started carrying it clicked to me how we never know what someone has in their car. It is never worth it to lose your life and freedom over 30 seconds of inconvenience.

Same here. My road rage potential went away when I started carrying in 2004. If someone cuts me off now days, I just assume they have to poop. I don't let it bother me.

Same here. I was a loose cannon. Last month this ahole was following really close as I pulled in my driveway. Then the wise ass stops and says something rude. I think he thought I was a nerdy white boy. He thought wrong….so I walked up to his window as he’s talking shyt and I flicked my lit cigarette in his face. He came back later that night and followed me to the store. I guess he thought I would be scared but instead I laughed at him….i did apologize but at the same time I told him he was acting like a wise ass too.😂
Not only that, it's not worth the stress & high blood pressure.

It's a relief that the younger one didn't have kids or a wife to create another dysfunctional family whose trauma will carry on to the next generation.
There is a little more hope for humanity without these two who created violence in a peaceful setting.

Being non aggressive and polite if you are carrying a gun is the absolute best advice that needs to be taken on board.. Because if you get yourself into a serious altercation because you where aggressive or a jerk means you could then be forced to use that gun and end up killing someone for no good reason..
I let everyone go about their day as I do. Not worth getting into it with anyone anywhere ever. Too many angry people in the world.
My philosophy as well. “Live and let live.”

A friend's younger brother had a guy in their neighborhood run out in middle of the street and stop his car because it was loud. Guy was upset about hearing his car at night when the kid was coming home from work. The kid called the cops and the guy got an obstruction ticket for stopping traffic. Lol
Nobody challenges you with a good old-fashioned fistfight anymore. All modern-day cowboys with their guns.
To be fair, that never really existed. Men have been killing other men over trivial things for all of history.

The guy was 53 trying to fight with a 20 something year old is ridiculous. As everyone is saying the older guy should of been the bigger person and drive away. I guess we don't know the whole story but now two lives are gone because of stupidity. So sad.

My city doesn't have a trauma center. If you get shot, they will travel about thirty minutes away to another city.
Same, major trauma gets ground pound or flown out. Minor the local hospital can handle.
So they can die in route.
This is a case of guns in the wrong hands.
My city, isolated in southwest Arizona, even after upgrading the hospital with hundreds of millions of dollars, STILL flies patients to Phoenix by helicopter (the helipad was upgraded as well to accommodate two helicopters) an hour or so away.
Closest trauma center is 30 mins away, by helicopter so it is going to be a few mins.

As a former police officer...I totally agree. You check your ego every day. It takes a great deal of humility and humanity to be a good cop.
There are countless numbers of people who drive with loud vehicles. Why get bothered by one? Just ignore them, and they'll go away. There are too many other, more important things to be concerned about.

What a complete and total waste of two lives. Over driving. As someone who sometimes makes mistakes while driving, (not deliberately) I hope no one ever decides to end my life over it.

During the lockdowns and fuel shortages, at least in the area I live in, most of the attention seekers with loud exhausts on their cars stayed home. It was bliss. Wish it was still like that. Now I hear them and idiots on dirtbikes flying up and down the back road next to my house multiple times a day and at night when I'm trying to get to sleep.
Thisw were the days. We have too much freedom in this country, or at least too many people taking advantage and bending the boundaries of it at others expense.
Loud pipes saves lives. As a trucker, Ive been forced to double check my mirrors due to not seeing a vehicle in a blind spot. I could hear him but didnt see him at first glance. Every vehicle i own has loud pipes. including my rig.
I got cut off by a guy in a white Dodge Caravan. I was going to do the same thing but then I noticed he was wearing a ratty old goofy hat and he appeared to be living in that van.
He pulled into a cemetery so maybe he was visiting a deceased loved one … so I gave him a break and drove past.

Did you even consider that the man did not realize that he cut you off? If you are driving along and someone is yelling at you, just drive away to a police station if the other person is insistent, just apologize and walk away.

I live in the North Georgia mountains with hills and very dangerous curves. I swear, I can’t understand why cyclists 🚴 choose this area. It’s dangerous in a car let alone a bicycle?
Similar thing happened in a smaller town out from my area about 10-15 years ago. Two men in their 50's got into some kind of conflict on the road, pulled over into a parking lot, got out of their vehicles, drew their legally registered and duly licensed concealed handguns, and promptly shot each other to death. Is it really worth it, just to see who's got the bigger set of cojones?

Same thing happened in Oakland, California some years ago, two guys battled it out in front of a fast food outlet and cancelled each other's ticket, no other casualties or innocent bystanders involved. The best part about both of these stories is that the decedent's were able to exercise their Second Amendment rights without harming others, well done! Subbed!
