To think one of his kids ran for his life, only to be caught and marched back knowing my dad is going to kill me, 😢
This happened in the late afternoon on June 15th 2023. It was a Thursday. The daughter was from a previous relationship of the mom. Thereby, she was his step daughter. He wasn't "insane" even by "legal" standards. He had been thinking about it for months. That nullifies his "insanity" plea. He did it because he's an EVIL POS!
Doesn't matter if we call it insane, it is still evil and the world would be a better place if we could just realize this brand of evil or insane can't be allowed to live.
He reminds me so much of my x bf , I hat the way they think and act!

You would need to leave, relocate and never let him know where you are without the risk of him tracking you down via social media, mutual friends (as mutual friends don't ever see the bad side) it's a difficult process one I've lived and still living 5 years later.

@michaelwinter7136 you know this from experience? What if your scarred to ring the police because you have spent years with someone who made you believe you deserved xy and z and. When they beat you, they do the school run with you, shopping etc. To make sure you don't go to the police. Also what if your not allowed a phone? This was me I didn't have a phone for 3 years.
@@loujew8973 I know exactly what you are saying to be true, sadly the cold hard facts regarding the monsters that exist in society being both male and female we do not hear about. I was a volunteer at a man and women's shelter, I heard the horror stories and I saw the physical scars and mental anguish in both women and men.
Man this hurts my heart, 3 beautiful little guys deserved to be part of this world

Also, at one point the mom placed her hand over the end of gun to try and stop him and he shot through her hand, He is pure evil.
There is no insanity clause he murdered his sons to hurt the mother.

For real. I have 3 step children all 6 and under and one 10 month old boy and I would never even think about hurting my step kids much less my own kids. Your definitely insane to want to do that to any children much less your own all because your wife wants to leave you but he was obviously aware of what he was doing. Officers, having witnessed events such as these, can never forget. Some end up with PTSD and similar mental health issues.
First responders all need an on- call counselor and our GOD 🙏to help them cope with the traumatic situations they encounter daily ❤❤ I PRAY FOR ALL VICTIMS OF THIS TRAGEDY!!! I also 🙏 for SWIFT JUSTICE!!

Lamont, I saw a news interview talking to their neighbors and they said that the father/husband abused his family on a daily basis. Police were called neighbors tried their best to keep an eye on the family. Neighbors said he raged at his wife telling her that he will take away his kids over and over again. Sad event there.

Ladies PLEASE do NOT tell your spouse/boyfriend when you are leaving the relationship. Do everything in silence. There are to many women that are being killed because these monsters do not want to accept when it’s over. They are selfish and would prefer to end up in prison then allow these women to move on with their lives. They have the mentality if I can’t have you no one will have you. Again I say move in silence and flee these monsters. Nothing is going to get better with the abuse and you CANNOT change them. God Bless and Protect the victims of DV. 😢😢

Those cops had to keep their composure though the whole thing and seeing that poor boys freshly dead corpse bleeding out on the pavement..(not to mention they probably had kids that age too)as soon as they seen that poor boy; they started cussing. They were probably looking for the slightest excuse to light that monster up😤😡!
He committed this crime because the mother didn't want or need him anymore because he was physically abusive.And he said that he murdered their children because she was trying to leave and take their children away.Which still isn't a excuse!

the woman might be lying about abuse, they were fighting, not sure about abuse but she was going to file for divorce, they did argue alot according to him, 2 sides to every story
Although I live in Ohio, I knew nothing about this horrific case. But it seemed probable, as I listened to Lamont's recitation of the facts (especially how he ripped one son from the arms of his wife, to then slaughter him) that this POS's anger was directed toward his wife -- he hated her and wanted to hurt her very, very badly, and that is why he didn't kill her too. He wanted her to live the rest of her life knowing her children were brutally murdered. I doubt an insanity defense is going to cut it. This is a proper case for the death penalty.
This is 50 miles from me. The trial dates start in May 2024. Death penalty on the table. But, now it is said his rights were violated. Not read the complete Miranda Rights. What about the rights of his children? The mother was shot in the hand, step daughter not physically injured. Allegations of his abuse through neighbors/witnesses throughout the time of the family living there. So want to see justice for these babies.
With all the physical evidence and the testimony of the daughter, they won't need his confession anyway. He's not getting off.
The SCOTUS ruled that Miranda rights no longer need to be read. It happened at the same time they stated abortion is a states' rights issue.

Not receiving Miranda advisement does not absolve you, it only lets you try to suppress evidence, typically your own words, obtained as a result. The eyewitness, fingerprints on a gun, bullets in people, the gun, the dispatch call, anything he said before they took him in custody, all admissable. Even Ernesto Miranda was convicted and sent to prison, they just had to do it without his confession.
@@MF-ty2znIf you are referring to Vega v Tekoh, that is not what that decision meant. An officer still needs to advise someone of their rights, it is policy for almost any department. If you don't advise someone then the burden is on you to prove thy knew their rights, not an easy task. If you don't advise then you risk the evidence being suppressed, if you interrogate without an advisement there is a good chance the D.A won't take up the case.

I remember when this happened, and seeing the bodycam footage. I just couldn't wrap my head around the fact that behind that black square were three dead kids lying right there on the lawn in plain sight.
A lot of blood fed those fields that day.

They will be forever affected, some leave their careers over this stuff, some lose their lives. Let's all make sure we remember this the next time we're annoyed at a cop for a ticket we probably earned or we get upset they are a little gruff. Remember we ask them to go take care of these things for us too
@@willj1598 I was thinking the same thing. I know cops have seen a lot and dealt with a lot. But to see 3 kids laying on the ground with bullets in their heads like that is enough for them to put in early retirement. That is something that you can't unsee. I would not have been able to handle a scene like that.

I realize that 911 operators are trained to try to get as many details as possible, but it usually isn't convenient or proper to the situation. They end up taking forever to send someone, yet while having enough details to do so from the start. In the case of stuff like home invasion/burglary where someone is hiding in the closet whispering, the 911 operator will be *screaming* into the phone and constantly asking back to back questions as if they're trying to get them caught and killed. That's something that really irks me.

Men who abuse because of how they were raised is ridiculous. My husband was abused and is the most loving, gentle father and husband. We have been together 45 years and never anything evil. A divorce and not wanting her dead so she can suffer says alot about who he is. Inmates will take care of him for sure. Hopefully enough pain and terror so he gets an idea what he did to his sons and wife. He is not insane just very EVIL. 😭😭😭

The dispatch girl was TERRIBLE. she did NOT ask pertinent information or get any EMS rolling with the police. She never asked about seeing injured people or anything else
