I was abused like that in my life, including violent relationships as an adult. I survived all that to become a cancer research scientist, I only found peace in middle age when the wounds began to close. However, the scares are still there and the anger I show is self harming. Even though I receive the best mental health treatment, I can’t stop. From a small girl I always aimed my anger at myself because I couldn’t hurt any living creature. Now retired, living in a little rural cottage with my partner of 20 years, a cat and some hens, the tears are running my cheeks, my glasses are becoming steamed up, I’m still trouble.😢😢😢

Thank you. We heard a lot about the execution of this person, and many tried to stop it. They said she was lacking in IQ. She had the intelligence to scheme, locate a victim, plan out and gather the necessary tools, and carry out her plan. She gruesomely murdered a woman who trusted her. I don’t believe in the death penalty for a number of reasons, but the jury who heard this case obviously did - and they saw and heard a lot more than we did. It’s a horribly sad case - that poor mother (and family) looking forward to the birth of her baby, and she was murdered because she was expecting that baby.

@@desertwind306 I'm with you on that! Killing a person & killing childhood innocence & the soul of kids is all on the same level. And it should never be just about the victim & criminal. Victoria's classmates all knew her story. She probably got bullied by a few over her school years who thought it was funny. Her dad had his heart broken & brought her up w/o his loving wife. Her poor Mom will never get that picture of Bobbie Jo out of her mind. I'd imagine she still has problems sleeping. With every major felony case, the victim pool ripples out like waves in a pond.

Poor Bobbie Jo, her mother, and Victoria growing up without her Mom. That Lisa freak was a monster. I don’t care how sucky her own childhood was, it doesn’t excuse murdering an innocent person. If Lisa had killed her abusers, I’d have sympathy for her, but instead she close to destroy other people’s lives who had nothing to do with it.

The Government need to stop letting people sit on death row for years after the appeals process is over proceed with the punishment. PERIOD!

When we had the death penalty in the UK, one appeal was made to the Home Secretary, if the appeal was denied six words were written on the condemned person's file 'the law must take it's course'. The option to commute the sentence to life imprisonment, otherwise the execution took place within a month of sentencing.

Sadly, this is becoming the new norm, we all must remember that as humans we are incapable of living civilized without law and order. Defunding Police and legalizing damaging behavior that once was outlawed is not the solution, but a slippery slide to the breakdown of civilization and country. God Bless and thank you Lamont for being you.

My opinion is she had sons she was no longer able to have children and she wanted a daughter and because they had been talking she knew that the baby was a girl! I am left to wonder how many other expecting women she talked to before she found the one that could give her what she wanted! As far as her childhood goes do we have only her word for what it was like and if other family members knew why didn’t they intervene! Safe travels Lamont 😊

Hi I'm from Australia Lamont love hearing true crime you do it so well.
I want to say my daughter was se#ully abused from about 4 years old to 12 years old I had no Idea everything imagineable you could think of was done to her. My daughter went on to get married have 2 beautiful daughters and is a bank manger. I'm so proud of her, I'm so sorry this happened to Bobby jo no one deserves this. And Lisa is where she should be and what she went threw as a child doesn't excuse what she did. I hope the little boy knows what a beautiful mother he had and probably fought to save her and his life. 🇦🇺👃❤❤

There are alot of people who survive horrendous abuse and don't do this crap to others. She is a monster and the death penalty was too good for her. She should have spent her miserable life in solitary never allowed to see anyone.

Evil people create more evil people, and hurt people end up hurting people. Abusers should be found culpable when their victims become monsters like they are.
