I live in deep East Texas out of town and we have a burn pit. My dad burns old furniture, burnable trash(cardboard or paper), whatever else he decides to get rid of that's easier to burn rather than drive to the dump. If she did leave and spray paint vulgar language on the walls and floor he would need to repaint the place. Until he's convicted or more evidence comes out I don't think it's right to fully jump to he's guilty.
Remember sherri papini? She disappeared on her own and before she came back everyone thought it was the husband because she was telling everyone before she "disappeared" that he was abusive which was a lie. She went missing voluntarily leaving him to look like a murderer when he was completely innocent supportive husband and all around good dude.
There is a reason people are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Jumping to conclusions after watching one youtube video is just irresponsible.
Not saying he is definitely innocent or that its not easy to come to the conclusion hes guilty based on what we know just that there is a possibility he is innocent and that should be acknowledged. sherri is a perfect example if she would have decided to stay gone and not come back and pretend she had been kidnapped her husband would have stayed looking guilty because of all the lies she told about him.

@@janelightning73why? Its not uncommon for people that dont live in the city to burn large heavy items because taking them to the dump is more effort and costs money. The neighbors had no reason to call it wasnt an out of control blaze.

I agree, but I wonder if it isn't because the mother (as well as the brother), weren't tired of running to Susan's rescue every time and they were hoping for the best in this marriage. Her brother already said he had to 'rescue' her after her first marriage when she had no money (likely she didn't have a job, like with her second marriage to the male prostitute) and they cut off her water, so he went and got her and her furniture, letting her move in with him. I suspect Susan had done this to her mother also. They had their fingers crossed hoping things would work out for her.

If your significant other starts becoming extremely controlling and limiting your every move, listening in on your phone conversations or restricting you from seeing your friends, realize this is not love. There is something wrong with them that you cannot help. Too many people, especially women, are still missing or known dead after they discovered things about their SO and confronted them. It's not 'loneliness' that attracts harmful people. It's VULNERABILITY that attracts harmful people.
Loneliness can cause people to have poor judgment, and make poor decisions. Thats definitely true. But it's vulnerability that attracts the predators in the first place. It's vulnerability that the predators look for, and what draws them in.
Even in the wild this is true. An Alaskan Grizzly bear stalking a large herd of caribou isn't going after the biggest strongest bull it can find. It's going after the weakest and slowest in the herd..like one of the calves that can't keep up and falls behind..the most vulnerable.
People aren't all that different from animals. And when you watch enough of these true crime videos, you start to realize just how true that is. Humans are the most dangerous, and cruelest, animal in this world.
Be safe out there everyone 🙏

it's cultural. White mom's are more inclined to be sensitive to their daughters being upset with them. I know the mother's in my family don't necessarily care about being best friends with their children. It is the mother to be respected because they brought you into this world. So the daughters would just have to be upset but eventually they'd get over it if the concerned action was done out of love.

    • @AwfulDog1

Sorry to disagree, but it isn’t cultural at all, unless you mean individual family culture. White people are no different to any others re love for their children and fear for their wellbeing. However, other non-racial points come into play… intelligence, sense of denial, how well they get on together and how often they normally talk or reply to texts etc. individual family culture, unlike racial stereotypes, are not predictable.

At least 2 major problems with the first story:
    1. If you finally decide you must escape an abusive situation, you tend to seek assistance from law enforcement, or alternatively, a trusted friend (or new partner). If the accused is to be believed regarding the man picking up the wife and step-son, it is very unlikely that would have happened while the abusive husband was around. The vague description of the man and vehicle is very problematic.
    2. Even more problematic is the lack of photographic evidence of the supposed obscenities spray-painted all over the walls inside the house. You don't just remodel an entire (nearly brand new) house at great expense just because a couple of walls need graffiti covered. You definitely want a photographic record of the graffiti to be able to counter anyone's accusation you were abusive. Instead, this graffiti excuse was likely an afterthought cover-up fabrication just like all the other excuses. His attorney sounds like a real slime ball.

One day, as with all these other missing wives & children, the perpetrators are caught & do soend the rest of their lives in prison. With all the evidence and cell phone tracking data, it’s only a matter of time, guaranteed! The mother & the best friend, right on this program, say differently than what you’re saying in your comment. This man did something to her & it will come out. He sure does like to clean a lot, hmmm. Neighbors have CCTV footage of the time and they didn’t leave on their own, in their car, not on foot, not by another vehicle. Tell us new woman, why he burnt new furniture, redid the house when she “went with another man who picked her up”. Matter of time…watch and see. Neighbors have videos, ring cameras, where he absolutely removed floors, burnt them in the backyard, they have footage of this. Bottom line, his atty says this is definitely odd & that she’s never been gone for this long. He’s been given more than an opportunity of innocent until proven guilty. There’s not one shred of evidence to show that she spray painted anything on the walls as he claims. When “parents” want to repaint walls, that doesn’t include ripping up entire floors, “sub floors”, and then be scrubbing concrete. It’s only a matter of time, she very well may be buried right under those new floors, as many other husbands have done in the past.

but hey, look how impressed she was that he wanted her daughter to look nice, so he so generously bought her dresses. That’s a big plus in her book. Mom only wanted to see $$ provider/protector not controlling/possessive husband.

This first case really needs to be solved, and an arrest made. I saw this when it first came out in 2017, and It's still quite obvious who the killer is. Step it up, detectives.

id your daughter calls you and tells you that she thinks her Husband is gay, WHY as a Mother would you wait 2 months after not hearing from your daughter OR grandson to tell Police she is missing? WHY ???

  • @gingersnapped5235

If my daughter & grandson were missing....I would be at her front door confronting the husband, demanding answers, then I would be back with the police, for those answers! Waiting 2 months before this mother called police is insane! That should never have happened, they should have been called the moment she went missing, sadly, she was already dead by that point. May they both be Resting In Peace.

That guy is dangerous. I would just go to the police and let them handle it. I’m not going to confront him and go missing myself.

His wife called her boyfriend, crying for sympathy, telling him her husband was mean to her and the boyfriend went looking so he could show her how much he loved her and could be together now. Why else would some man be so angry at him?

It boggles my mind how the reporters show up uninvited and expect the suspects to say “Oh YES. I DID IT!!!! I AM GUILTY !!!”
    🤦🏾‍♀️

IKR, lol. But come to think of it, to reporters, it shouldn't matter that suspects won't admit to a crime -any behavioural response such as silence, running, anger, over-explaining etc is a telling response in itself, sufficient for their story telling role, and enough to garner public opinion, unlike law enforcers seeking legal recourse.

It's not done for that reason. What they are really looking at is the behavior or any slip ups once they ask those hard-hitting questions. People have been caught in lies thanks to these interviews.

Oh how iffy for mother and son. Ladies you cant control these weirdos. Keep quiet. Do what needs to be done and move on quietly. But protect your children and your own lives. Nothing is worth losing your lives over. This is unnecessary and probably a tragedy in the line.

I don't think he was a weirdo at all - he was just living his best life but was not smart enough to keep a female out of his mix. She was not needed! All that baggage was hers - including that child and he should not have interjected himself in that foolishness in the first place.
