    Committing a crime does not warrant an immediate death sentence. A person is given due process and found guilty by a jury and given a sentence by a judge. Cops should not behave as judge, jury, and executioner. Deadly force is only justified if the perp is actively trying to kill or harm them. Period.

    • @blackdiamond306
      @blackdiamond306 Год назад +12

      Yes indeed thank goodness I'm not the only one he must be out of his rabbit a## mine too insinuate that the kids upbringing was bad when they were in bed and was snatched away being kidnapped and taken to a place to execute this has been the White society has dealt with minorities especially African-American that were taken out of there home's and hung from trees or even worse dismembering their body parts. Look at the kangaroo Court they had realistically they did not even desire to allow him to sit in jail for a day. I don't want to sound racist but why do merica has a sickness that is far beyond one individual because no one seeks Justice. You just don't have a hard for humanity outside of themselves completely dehumanizing others while saying the whole Christian value is beyond my comprehension. Sadly nothing has changed this is still happening modern time look at Breonna Taylor shot Dead sleeping in her own bed and to many others to even name and the same process shielding themselves from the very laws that they put on the book holding no responsibility for the crimes.😞❓

    Can you imagine how those construction workers feel, knowing what went down at that gas station back in the day?
    Also, it's hard to believe that next month marks the 50th anniversary of this shooting. I hope David is at peace with what happened to his brother all those years ago.

    So sad. That officer was playing with the boys life I personally believe it was a fun game for the officer not actually knowing where the bullet was on the barrel he definitely got his kicks from the murder. Here in the UK it's either murder which is intent or manslaughter which of course is the opposite. I know the boys messed up a few times but maybe this time they were innocent. Not enough time served for taking a life. Thanks for sharing this sad story lamont love from West Yorkshire UK 🇬🇧 💙💚

    I work for a funeral home and when I go to services at cemeteries I often see very old graves and headstones. How do you find out the information on these people? Especially older cases?
    I’ve tried simply googling the little info I have but I never really find anything of use. Is there a site you use, or is most of it piecing together a larger puzzle?
    I’d love to know! You make wonderful and heartfelt content, keep it up ❤

    Dear God, Lamont, this is so sad. That officer went on to live into his 70s. That child lost his at 12 years. Where's the justice here on earth, only for the whites😂however, we know where the real justice will come from. RIP to all the victims. Thank-you Lamont, and God bless you.

      Upbringing horn who's behalf seemed to me that the upbringing of the kids were quite responsible they were in their bed sleeping maybe you should look more into the upgrading of the officers that decided to use terrorism kidnapping and murdering these children. I'm always taken back by the been minded thinking of subscribers.

      @Black Diamond no officers would have even known these boys to begin with if they hadn't gained a reputation as troublemakers. Their upbringing had nothing to do with the shooting but everything to do with how known they had become for being troublemakers.

      @@BillyLuver0 Great, So lets make them confess to a crime by threatening to shoot them in the head in the back of a police car.
      I also have to raise questions against the first guy he shot. Imagine you walk past a store at night and the alarm goes off and you see a tall white guy with a limp go hopping away from the scene. Out of curiosity you pop your head inside the door just to be sure nobody had been hurt. Suddenly there are flashing blue and red lights around you and you think, oh my gosh they'll think I'm to blame. So you make a run for it. BLAM BLAM BLAM. Now your on the coroners meat counter.
