I understand. My son passed away a couple of years ago and it devastated me. I'm at the point where I can talk about him freely but it always makes people uncomfortable. I don't get it. He was a person just like you and me and has a story. I refuse to stay silent and continue to share if I'm able. I might just write a book about him.
Continue to talk about him & write that book..what a fortunate young man to be loved so much..if you worry what others think about your actions you will never truly be you or live fully, I only realised this after sixty one years of being a people pleaser..I’m older but oh so much wiser 🙋🏻♀️ hugs from England

Those two beautiful young ladies buried together that died in that plane crash touch m6 heart because 8 was born in 1964 and graduated in 1982. Thanks Lamont for bringing peoples stories of their lives to life because we that are alive will be there too.

Long time subscriber here! I used to get in trouble at church as a kid for leaving the playground and going up in the cemetery to find the oldest graves, look at the names and dates and wonder about their stories. It's important that we respect the dead and remember them. There isn't enough emphasis on the past in today's society . Thank you for sharing your perspective. I'm glad there are people out there who still see the value in honoring the past.

I'm from Norco, LA. which is about 15 miles from that terrible plane crash. Wind shear caused the crash and it was horrible Lamont, so many people died right after take off. My close friend was dating a doctor at the time and he rushed to the site to help out and she happened to be with him. She later told me about the crash site and how terrible it was, with bodies strewn everywhere. She said she was just stunned at the amount of death and kept thinking of their loved ones and the sadness coming their way.
Would that have been a 737 operating as PanAm Flight 759 from Miami to San Diego, with stops scheduled in New Orleans and Las Vegas? I am an aviation buff, and do research on Air Crashes.
@@TheGospelQuartetParadise That was the Flight Number - Pan Am 759 with a destination of Las Vegas - the flight was Friday July 9, 1982 - My parents were almost on that flight to Vegas - someone asked my dad to swap out his first two weeks of July vacation for the last two weeks of July … it was the same flight number 2 weeks later - 759
How nice that family came to visit a family grave and obviously spent a long time with a loved one, they must have been very special. I hope the family can heal over time and this day gives them peace.

I am a cemetery walker as well. There is so much history in them. Including the dates of death shows when certain plague and diseases wiped people out. Kinda like that of now which is man made to help nature. I have never seen you be a weirdo about it. You actually respect the graves. You never disturb them.
