Thank you. I found this easier to follow than some of the other videos. I find some of them more rushed and so instead of relaxing I end up playing catch up. This was how it should be 😊

I've not been feeling well lately and I woke up stiff and hurting. I searched online and found this video. It was a perfect amount of challenge and nice gentle flow and I'm already feeling more free and able to handle my almost 2 year old for the day. Thank you! I'll be adding this into my week.

Even though it's a morning stretch, I do it anytime during the day. It feels so great after sitting at a desk for hours and it makes me feel rejuvenated. I love it!

Yoga has changed my life; I do 20 minutes each morning and a weekly class. I have had a protracted period of mental health issues but since coming to Yoga they seem to have gradually disappeared. I love these videos as they are easy to follow and clear. You do not need to watch since the explanations are so precise. Sarah's voice is also so soothing it makes relaxation and good breathing so easy. Brilliant!

Loved it,even though my belly gets somewhat trapped in plough,then slides down in shoulder stand. Love love love inversions at the end of a practice,feels somehow more 'complete'. Thank you x
I've had a kink in my right shoulder from carrying a backpack for a few months, which has been affecting my sleep and hurting through the day. After I did this routine, no pain at all. Amazing, thank you! I had done the 15 minute routine before but this one is even better.
This video is great after the core strengthening video. It engage core but I still can do it after the core video which is nice and very calming also had twists in a sequence which are great after the core routine. Thank you for your videos, I practice with you every day :)
