It’s a trade off. If you want the money and success, you have to sacrifice your health in that manner, akin to sacrificing your health in other ways to compete; stress, injuries, time away from family, etc. In reality it’s just another “cost” to success, just as many things in life. It may not be ideal but it’s reality
