Hey there keep these genuine videos where you show how there are ups and downs. This video kept me going today and thankfully I got a great outcome thanks to that mindset we have to have! Many thanks and hope you get what you need to keep it going! Sub here 👍🏽
I know someone from down here on ktown L.A who does hangers for 500$/5000 door hanger high quality. And fast service. Did my curbside poster with him got 2 jobs outta of it.
Hey I'm excited to see how your commercial account goes ! I am kinda testing the waters with the larger commercial accounts myself. I got one potential with the school district in my town. Btw have you thought about creating a telegram chat for your followers to get on and share ideas and just talk about their journey? I am a member on a few chats and they are very helpful. Have a good weekend brotha
Way to go on closing that deal with the school district dude, that’s awesome 🤙. As far as creating a chat, that’s a great idea. I’ll have to look more into it. Have a great weekend 🤙
We had a great fall! January has been bad. Slowed down, truck repairs, and preparing for taxes. I told my guys January and July both stink but we're no longer surprised by it. Spring and Fall you gotta save up.
@@Puffwindowcleaning for sure! It took me like 6 hours to switch to a new CRM, 2 hours on website changes, and learning all about Google ads for local service (becoming Google certified or whatever they call it)... Then trained the team on screen repairs.. all that kind of stuff you can't do when it's busy.
Btw I know you’re talking about Oliver Lester/josh. You could make 1-5k dtd selling easily done it once but wasn’t for me. Door to door is high ticket and easier to upsell. Con: walking, and pushing thru 3rd no
Im not talking specifically about them, they have their own way of doing things and that’s fine. As far as door knocking goes To sell 1k in d2d sales in my market you need to close an average of 3-4 Jobs in a day. Now that’s one day closing the jobs, and then one day doing the work which brings the average down to $500 per day not including paying employees, and any overhead/insurance involved. I just feel like a lot of people aren’t genuine about the actual numbers that’s all. Door knocking is also a great way to piss people off and get bad reviews or end up with your picture on Facebook or nextdoor. I only tend to do it at neighboring homes of a job I just completed.

I’ll walk with you and show you how to sell its 100% possible
Do you use their water to fill the bucket up? Or bring your bucket full with water?
I like to bring my own bucket of water, but sometimes if I’m running late I’ll just fill up at their house
