I started my window cleaning site hassle business with only $10 bucks

Heck yeah bro. I've been working out of my car for a while too lol. I have a 2012 Audi A3 sportback that fits most of what I need. I got a pressure washer, my waterfed pole and spotless di filters, ladder, extension poles, tool belt, bucket, and more lol. Started out with the basics for around 200 when I started but I have everything I need for now.

So people cleaning screens it all depends where you live for example, if you live in Arizona or a state where there’s like desert soaping your screens down and then tapping them off on the ground and then hitting with the towel is not going to clean them. it’s going to leave tons of streaks. I recommend everybody go get a product called screen magic, literally eats away all the dust and dirt off the screen and all you have to do is spray it on the screen and then take a towel. Spray the towel and then wipe it off.

Do people really pay $300 to have their windows cleaned? As a self professed tightwad, I just can't imagine people paying that kind of money for something that is truthfully very easy to do.

For storefronts it's important to have a minimum price because simply driving there and grabbing tools may take 15-20 minutes not counting cleaning times. We charge $40 exterior or $60 Inside/out minimum. This makes small stores super easy because they get the minimum. More than 15 panes and we can start counting it up to charge by counting etc...
