I hold two masters degrees and window cleaning is paying me 75-125 dollars an hour. Highest paying job in my life. Get after it, bid low work hard build it!
I love every part of this except for the bid low. I’m bidding closer towards the ceiling 😂. Love to hear that it’s been working for you 🤙
Yeah, you want to raise your rate up until your close rate goes down to like 80%. I think it is.
really it could be any close rate if you know how to generate more leads. If raising your price by 25% decreases your close rate from like 80% to 60% you are still making the same amount of money because you are charging more. You may even make more money because you have less labor.
Thanks for the full detailed guide on how to start a window cleaning business. PURE VALUE, No BS
@@mrcswrks I appreciate your feedback as well as the support, thank you 🤙
Been wanting to start a pressure washing company for a while now but don't have the money to get the equipment I'd like so I decided to look into window cleaning as it has a lower entry point to get started and help save money for what I want. After a few vids, the YT algorithm threw this at me on a day I happened to have the time to watch in one go. The energy and attitude immediately motivated me and I ordered some equipment from WCR. Almost immediately scored a biweekly commercial job. Just got my business cards made and am making time to pitch to other businesses this week. Hope you know how much this info helps people. Doing great work sir.
@@KRIGSSONE I’m happy to help bro, and I’m hyped to hear that you’re out there killin it 🤙.
The value given in this video is immaculate!
Glad you found some value in it!! Thanks for watching 🤙
I love this guy's energy, "it's not that deep" people nowadays make things so complicated, so watching this makes me appreciate the guy
@@buttbrossaad2357 the guy appreciates you back bruddha 🤙
pretty excited for spring, ive lost about 20 pounds, hoping to make it 40 by summer. be able to run up and down those ladders, this year im going for 50k on top of my full time job, pay debt off then next year hit it full force as my full time.
Love to hear that bro, and congrats on the weight loss. What makes me most happy about this comment is hearing that you have a plan and aren’t just free balling it. I believe in you dude, best of luck 🤙
U got dis. I recommend to keep on going after the 2nd no and even 3rd. It’s worth it only advice that got me through hell.
I appreciate this video not even done watching sold my first job today for $149 took me almost 2 hours lol since it was my first time but this video have me even more motivated
Love to hear that dude. This is only the beginning 🤙

I appreciate the support, and hope you enjoy 🤙
Absolutely love you man. I appreciate and respect you for making such a amazing and deep video.
That means a lot and I truly appreciate it. Thanks for watching 🤙
Instead of putting water or your water & soap mixture in your scrubber/squeeze holder. Bring a spray bottle with you that has the cleaning solution in it, if you use a spray bottle there will be a lot less dripping when removing your scrubber!,
This video has been such a major help on my conquest to starting my own window cleaning business, thank you.
I’m glad the videos helping bro. Keep pushing and you’ll get there
Middle Tennessee here. Definitely appreciate the video. I’ve taken a lot of tips. Starting my company right now. Just got all my equipment from WCR and getting ready to roll. Pretty nervous but stuff like this helps a lot!
Overcoming the nerves is part of what makes it all worth it. Gotta grow into it, and push for what you want 🤙. Good luck bro

Love to hear that dude, keep me updated 🤙
Watched this video when it first came out and I’m starting my window cleaning business this Tuesday. Thanks for the motivation
Love to hear that. Good luck dude 🤙
How’s business going?
What I've found that helps alot is they sell mops that u soap windows with that have a part of it that u can scrub with helps so much vs having to put it up to use a different tool. Great video though. Also they sell battery powered vacuums for vehicles work great for window sills and saves from bringing out an extension coord.
Hi, thank you for your videos, they are very helpful. This week I had my second client and I charged them $650. The house is two stories, but I only cleaned the main level and the front of the second level. I also decided to invest in a water pole. Regards.
Love to hear that man. Keep pushing, the busy seasons here 🤙
very proud man...Much respect for the videos would enjoy to come visit and knock some doors with you.
Thanks dude I appreciate it. Tbh I choose door hangers over door knocking every time. Best of luck to you Bruddha 🤙
This is a super helpful video! You deserve way more subscribers. What do you do In the winter when it is bad weather though?
@@LilbudsStopMotions I do a lot of gutter cleaning in the fall/winter; and I’ve seen other guys offer Christmas light installation 🤙
Thank you brother, I started watching you when i first started and I’ve gotten 5 jobs. 🙏🏽📈
@@Hoolagans love to hear that man. Keep on pushing 🤙
good stuff man!! i actually just started using a spray bottle on interior windows because i found that my sleeve would get dry after 2-3 windows. I try to avoid going in and out of the house because i don't want customers to be worried that ill track dirt in lol.
I’ve seen some people use that method. I use an Ettore sleeve that retains enough water to finish most standard interior window cleaning jobs with just one dip.
Thanks so much brother 🙏God bless
Bless you back bro 🤙
This video was Hella insightful and informative head to toe!
Hell yeah, thank you for the feedback. I appreciate it
Thanks!
Thanks for the support 🤙
Thank you.
Best of luck 🤙🤙🤙
It’s super cool to see someone who had a similar experience to me. I started with some basic squeegees from Lowe’s at 15yrs old. I would go door to door and at the first no I would leave 😂 it’s been two years and I still have a lot of development to do but I’ve got some water fed systems and some employees doing 1k-2k a day. Nearly all my sales come from door to door. Do you have any tips to getting a logo, website, etc and marketing the business?
✌🏾my brother bought a portable electric vacuum. It’s small and really powerful!
🤙🤙🤙
@@Puffwindowcleaninggreat video! I got 19 years old two weeks ago . Starting my business soon . Sorry if the English is bad . From Quebec 🦾
@@Garage_Distinct_Clips no worries at all bruddha, the English is good 🤙. Best of luck to you man. Push hard and stay consistent, you got this 🤙🤙🤙
How much did you pull in each year and do you have anyone working for you?
Hey Bro love what you do. Do you think window cleaning is over saturated especially in cities?
Not if you’re willing to work hard and go above and beyond 🤙
This guy is legit man, he's personally taught me so much, made $300 my first ever job with this videos info!
did u get an LLC mah man?
Love to hear that bro! Keep pushing 🤙
@@Puffwindowcleaning Hey, thank you for your video, it is really very informative. Could you also make a video about the microfibre towels? Any efficient way to clean them? Is it worth it to clean them, or not ? Thank you!!
@@harispaterakis917 I wash all of mine and dry them in the washer/dryer. I avoid using dryer sheets, and At a certain point the fibers wear down but they last a good while.
@@Puffwindowcleaning Thank you very much.
Maybe try a 4 inch long blade screwdriver with a 1/8 inch wide tip instead of the paint can opener. Some screens are very tight in the frame and the paint can opener is to thick!
When you start squeezing the window pane you should always go back over the spot where you first started that will get rid of the drag marks you left when you first started.
Do you like white or walnut pads more. Just got a techno pad with walnut but I’m wondering if white works for most situations?
I personally like the white pads a little more 🤙
Is it difficult to detail the 2nd floor with an extension pole ?
@@rememberme3762 yes, it can be quite difficult
That thing on your hip you keep calling a bow and the utility belt where can I get that from please help me I have very little money and I’m trying to start this business to better my future for myself and my future family and your videos have been very helpful
It’s called a “Boab”. All the links are in the description 🤙
Hi! I have a window cleaning business and use wfp, but I dont clean the frames because if I do they drip. Any tips?
Gotta scrub and rinse the frame to prevent drips
Is there ever tint on the outside that would make it unable to use abrasives?
Not that I’ve ever seen. It’s always inside so that it’s protected from the elements
I was gonna start this weekend but I got the worst tonsil infection 😢 but once I'm healthy I'm knocking doors
Get well soon bro; and best of luck 🤙🤙🤙
you are underrated is it ok if i tag you in a post so you get more popular?
@@TroyRecRoom sure thing man, that’d be great 🤙
@@Puffwindowcleaning bet
what do you do when theres screens on the windows on the second floor?
By using a ladder or removing it from inside the home.
@@Puffwindowcleaning oh ok gotcha! Watch some of you videos today, good stuff 👊👊
@@thedetailbuff1410 thanks for watching 🤙
Do we need any business cards in the starting?
I’d recommend it, but if funds are super tight you can go without them for your first job or two.
@@Puffwindowcleaning thanks bro! What should I do to convince the customers? And is the washer tanker is required firstly or not ?
@@harpreetdeo4801 I wouldn’t worry so much about convincing people. It’s much easier to find people who are already in need of your services.
Good vaulable video, But i disagrre with your opinion on door knocking. Maybe I'm a little biased but it is definitely a good way of getting clients. it dosnet have to feel like pestering people if you know what your doing and actually providing value to people
I think it’s fine to knock neighbors doors of a house that you’ve already cleaned, but let’s be honest 99% of people (at least where I live) don’t want a stranger knocking on their door trying to sell them on something. With Facebook, door hangers, and google I think that there are much more effective ways of finding potential clients. To each their own though; if it works then it works 🤙
@@Puffwindowcleaning yeah especially for growth i think theirs more effective ways. But its a low cost method and sales is fun.
Do you prefer a truck or a van?
@@jeremias250 I have a van, but at some point I’d like to get a truck as well
Hah , amizen smart boss .
@@user-px3cu4sh7f i appreciate it 🤙
"My name is...Slim Shady"
a simple question brother, why let you invest all your time making window cleaning for residential homes and not for commercial premises and commercial shops? Are commercial premises and shopping centers not bringing in a lot of money?
There’s a lot more money in residential. There’s also big money in larger commercial jobs, but these tend to be harder to come by. As far as store front commercial you’re competing against a lot of people who will do the job for bottom dollar. That being said you can still make a ton of money doing commercial store front.
@@Puffwindowcleaning I now understand well, in commercial premises more competition and low prices
@@hamzasalhi3066 that’s exactly right. Best of luck 🤙
@@Puffwindowcleaning ty vry much boss ! U are source of motivation
My phone rings off the hook now.
