@@chrishayes5755 its always up to the sales person to hold frame and guide the prospect thru the sales process. it isn't a rush. the goal isn't to RAMFUCK the home owner thru the process, its to move at the fastest speed POSSIBLE given the home owner. every word, [phrase, sentence, and paragraph either gets you close or farther away from the close. it isn't a rush, as long as youre going the right direction.

I’ve been a door to door canvasser in the uk for 2 coming up to 3 years now and it’s by far the best thing I’ve done im 20 years old and would love to be mentored and work in a team as brilliant as this I was never given the proper training and have taught myself through trial and error. I like this premise way more man. The try to make $250 a day thing, way better than the “make 30k a month” gimmick. That is possible but sometimes you feel like you’re not doing good unless you’re making that amount. The $250 a day thing is well within reach of almost anyone in this country or other countries. So thanks for changing that up. I think that is way more relatable and makes the idea of door to door sales way more palatable.

It works! On my first day within my first 2 and 1/2 hours of knocking I closed a deal for $100! I offered window cleaning or solar panel cleaning. The lady homeowner wanted the solar panel cleaning. We agreed on a price of $100. Thank you Oliver!

I get what he’s doing and trying to get these jobs, honestly respect to get the job. But I prefer set price. It’s more selling yourself short for what you’re worth. When customers tell their friends about the job you did and how cheap it was. They suspect it to be the same for them.

Cash or transfer. If they want to use card you gotta get a card reader. You can call your bank and see if they got any information that can help you about the reader

How are you able to charge so much Lester me and my friend went around 2 full days doing offers such as 70 dollars per house and such nobody would take it eventually we said fuck it and went for 20-25 dollars per house (exterior first floor) and then we started getting deals 50% of the time but not near the ammounts you guys are getting per house 100+ is insane i live in sweden perhaps that has allot to do with it but i dident think america was that much richer
I think there are a couple of things to look at and a couple potential solutions. Not saying you should use any of this advice, but I’m just making some points for consideration.
A lot of those people don’t know you, and you don’t provide them with a strong enough report card to give them the trust they need to give you money. There are a couple ways around this:
1. Work with a larger firm if possible, leverage their brand and marketing
2. Tell them (you’re young so this could work) that you’re doing it for charity - have official looking logos to match (even better if you have a website, in case anyone tries to ‘fact check’ you). You’re part of some boy scout regimen learning about discipline and hard work, and all the proceeds (keep price low) go to charity.
3. Start with free services or free gifts to start in exchange for either an email, some form of subscription service - good will or perceived good will is key, as it builds trust and your best customers are repeat customers.
He’s not in America he’s in Canada, he probably also goes to a higher middle class area. $200 CAD is still around $150 USD at current rates so still pretty high but again it depends on the area and how you sell.

@@GetRoasted1 i have a website it helps book them also have it on my car 🚗 and do door to door I bought a stand up sign and we put it at the end of drive way near the road its gets us about 2 to 3 a day just that and ussly 2 normal recurring clients daily

dude im so fucked. First of all im like 14 so no cars, i have to close as many lawn mowing deals as possible in my area, secondly im awkward when it comes to keeping the conversation going, i cant get 1 person out of like 10, and the last thing is that my area has a buncha foriegn people who dont understand what Im saying, so i can hardly get any customers:( anyways im still going and keep trying
