This type of sales is so interesting to me.
I just say, "Hey, my name is John, I'm starting up a window cleaning business here in town. Are you in need of the service?" If they say yes, I schedule. If they say no, i walk to the next house. Haha
Cover a whole neighborhood on a Sunday, and wash them all the following week. Keep a record of all clients,
schedule them again in the fall or the following year.
ggEz!
yessir ill post a video of how I'm selling now. way more chill laid back and treating the customers a like family
its easy to appreciate how courteous you are. waiting off the porch for the homeowner for example
Thanks so much. Lots of people don’t see that little stuff I appreciate your comment !
Pff why don’t you congratulate him on wearing clothes too 😂
@@izzx1787 he is well dressed i have to say
@xcxptfn 😂😂
Graison this is your best video so far! I learned waaaay more than what I expected. You up'ed my sales game with this video. Thank you!
Bet thank you so much. Lots more to come !!
good for you bro, learning sales the hard way. You will be a master in the years to come.
Yessir thank u g 🤝🏾
0:31 "We're not here trying to sell" HAHAHAHAHAHAH I love it.
😂😂😂
Oliver Lester is a great teacher! Glad to see someone using his strategy!
Yes he is and so is his brother !
@@Graisonmflemming Im about to do this exact strategy and script. Any advice?
Just be yourself man that’s really it. Don’t try to be like me or the Lester brothers. Just use the script as a starting point and make it fit your personality!
Really good video bro, lots of people will benefit from this content
Thank you G
Love the grind bro
Thank you g
Watched this for the second time today while driving out to knock for window cleaning for the first time. 💯💯
Hope you’re doing well 🔥

Thank you!
1st door, 1st sale! 4.5 hour job (because I'm new) for $250. 💯💯🙂
See bro good shit
The backwards walking at the end 😂
😂😂
Cool no gatekeeping
Ofc man I want us all to eat 🤝🏾
You got it bro🔥
Thank u G
When you add the simple gutter scrub down and add value even where they're thinking about it they generally close 60% of the time hahaha sometimes even more
Dude yeah it’s a code crack for sure
Great video brother! I just got a water fed pole a couple weeks ago and seen one of your other comments saying it usually takes your team about 30-1hr to clean. I’ve got one worker that usually does the cleaning, but certainly not getting jobs done within an hour. Just curious how many workers do you usually have working on one house or any other tips for efficiency would appreciate it very much! If you don’t mind.
I’m starting up and it takes me about 1.5 hours to clean a house that size with a pole. They probably have at least 2 workers doing one house at a time.
@revivalfitnessus nope. Just work fast !
Pretty good stuff with your skill set though you can be extracting a lot more value in Michigan. You have a great service and to make sure you can pay you and your guys what your worth you need to charge more. Same game just start higher with your price before you price drop. Build more perceived value that’s why they buy. The convenience is everything. What you’ll find is the cheapest customers are the worst customers and there’s plenty of people out there willing to pay top dollar for your luxury service. I’ve sold in Michigan as well this looks like Novi I would say avg in that are should be about $349 a home which means start with $449 or $499 in the door pitch
Bet I’ve been seeing this a lot. Thank you so much for the feedback
You got what it takes bro
Thank you man I appreciate your comment
Buddy keep ripping!!! That acript worlsnfreaking great
Yessir ! Copy and paste my brotha
The most straightforward sales man, this is actually how you sell
Thx G
Nice work G !
Yessir thank u G
@@Graisonmflemmingthis video gold, I just got better within the first 10 minutes
I might go knocking right now braaahhhhh
@UlyKnows bro that means a lot ngl
@@Graisonmflemming ayyeee keep leading the way !!!!
4:01 how much do u and ur team make after profit splits or whatever the procedure is for handling a team since i mighthave 2 do this soon
Depends on your team size but it’s usually 85-95% profit margins. If you need any help DM me on ig
Bro i need you on my channel to back me on the power of door 2 door. I try to tell people this constantly.
Let’s do it bro
He said we're not here to try to sell and proceeds to selling
Sales process fk it
He’s offering a service he’s not selling a product
need more asap
Gotchu G
Hmm where have I seen this pitch before? It looks so familiar..
Yessir ! The Lester brothers are a huge inspiration !
how do you take out the screens?
Either inside or outside. Flat head screw driver for outside and owner for inside
You Should introduce yourself and THEN ask who you have the PLESURE of speaking to today and use first name basis to form a better connection to the customer
Your right. Build report
Graison why did you cut the vid? Did the next person say no? Lamo 😅jk bro. Great video 👍
They probably did 😂😂 or didn’t answer who knows I just edit so you guys don’t have to watch ALL my shenanigans
@@Graisonmflemming dawg u chargin too less bruh it be at lease 550 a door where u is at
@user-lo8cs8vb3x fr bro ?
how is he holding the camera and what is he using to record
Just a phone ! And just holding it horizontally and we have rode Bluetooth mics
Do you guys have insurance to be on layers and take the screens out
Yes we do and we have our equipment covered.
Wow you responded quick! Do you ever have to go inside and take the screens out?
Yes I did I make sure to respond fast !. And nope I unless on rare cases ( grandmas need help or very friendly people that don’t know how to do it) other than that I have the home owner take them out before I have my crew go over there and start cleaning. Hope this helps 🤝🏾
well done but i would charge more. say normally $300 for your home but we can do it for 249
Ended up doing his house for 449. But I gotchu G. I will definitely start charging more
Good job but So when it comes to the Indian guy, he told you that it was not about price but yet you continue to lower the price even after building more value, bro do not do that. Just build more value explain to him the benefits of clean windows explain how happy he will be. It will make him happy clean windows are amazing. He’ll love the service and add more value into why he should choose you and what other value you bring to him besides his clean windows, but don’t keep lowering the price.
Good job tho.
I can normally close the deals really well and I can get most people who open the door to get me to clean their windows, but my problem is just people aren’t answering their doors. I’ll knock on 20-40 houses and I’ll have one answer the door. Is it that in just going at the wrong time of day or what? Any tips would be amazing.
Don’t focus on doors knocked focus on people talked to. Talk to 20 people and you’ll get more deals. Also it just depends on the day / time / neighborhood. Get sales rabbit and track which houses you’ve knocked and haven’t knocked and go back through and re knock the ones you haven’t spoken to
What do you say to people to close the deal
There’s multiple ways to close deals G. There’s lot of good RUclips videos on door to door window cleaning. I say “ once we’re done you can walk around make sure everything thing looks up to your standar” “what’s the best number for you ? A 269 or 616 area code
@@Graisonmflemming I’m just starting to figure that out but I live in Illinois and it’s hard to even get to that point of the sale
@joeslaba8558 there’s two parts of the sale. Front end and back end. Main goal is to walk around the house G
Hey grayspn I do d2d as well and want to make content as well how can I edit videos like ypu edot your videos
Shit I just use CapCut to keep it real with ya 😂
@@Graisonmflemming oh, 😂Can you make a video on how you edit on capcut
@Barryhamilton40557 yeah dm me I’ll show u 😂
Why do you take there name and number down if you are doing the job the same day?
We track all of our clients. And especially because we aren’t gonna stop the business so we will make call backs next year !
This is so Lester
They have inspired us a lot for sure
@@Graisonmflemminglol and if it ain't broke don't fix it🫡
Do you door knock in the city you live in?
Yes I do. And the city’s around us !
What do you charge each window
they just do 250 either way, its just to buy time and investment
Not enough
it took 20min to secure an agreement from the home owners, not to secure $660 profit. u never mention the time it actually takes to do all the work.
He don’t do the work
My partner does but the work usually takes 30-1 hour
@Noahisnt that’s fair bro ! I’m happy ur doing well for yourselves. But water fed is where it’s at for sure.
@@Noahisnt if ur using a di tank it gets the water stains off the windows and it dries without leaving any.
@christian320 yeah I use a 3 stage
Please do not skip forward during any part of the sales process. Please.......
agreed
cost of time? so doing 21 windows screens sills in 1 hour?
You can’t ?
@@GraisonmflemmingI think you have to say the time it took to remove the screens from the inside, clean the sills, borders
Yeah bro like an hour and a half we work quick
what watch are you wearing. shits clean
Dude it’s nothing special 😂 just an invicta. 98$ at your local Sam’s club G
@@Graisonmflemming oh damn, it looks nice
Thanks man
Dog good shit
Selling customers an actual product is way more worth it, you can make $5-$7k a week.
$199 for a house that size??
I imagine they are using a DI water fed pole system. They scrub a bit and flood the windows with deionized water. No ladder, no squeegee, no detailing. It's how they rock so many houses in a day.
How many guys you have working now?
Just a few workers !
Trying to get some sales reps
@@Graisonmflemming you recommend paying 15-20% to sales reps?
@Emiz34 yessir. Gives them incentive. Don’t pay them hourly they will get lazy
@@Graisonmflemming what’s the difference between your 25 and 50 mentorship
Half of India living in that neighbourhood. We’re getting the same problem here in Australia now too.
Why is that a problem?
What’s the issue with that ? I’m able to sell them 😂🤝🏾
That lady was a total lay down. All you had to do was be quiet and she would have bought. Remember, let the homeowner talk. It looked like you were interrupting her and seeing her ‘buying answers’ as objections. Talk less.
Holy shit. Second guy just told you he wanted inside windows cleaned and wasn’t worried about price. It seemed as if you didn’t listen to him at all. That’s an upsell, not a discount, plus stuff added.
Your tonality and body language is awesome.
Thank u brother. I’m gonna re watch the video see my mistakes and do better next time. Thank you for the feedback
How is 10k in 30 days a challenge? That's only 10 $250/week or 2 per weekday that's nothing lol
First month in business ! And it’s to show people that anything you put your mind to can be done ! Just want to spread love and hope G
Ridiculous comment.
😂😂 nah fr
Good salesmanship but why lie?? If they were to happen to talk with each other the would see the transportation fee discount was different and why you gave them the discount. Like you get a discount because you have a blue shirt on??!! 🤨
The discount is a joke… as you see it makes the person laugh to drop their guard. And the transportation fee changes because of price and overhead. It’s business.
@@GraisonmflemmingYou're an inspiration to many salesmen, including myself. Gonna make the switch from solars to windows sales soon. Gotta love the discount tactic, such a power move, classic. Keep up the great work! ❤💪
Thank u bro. Your comment is very appreciated. If you need anything lmk
