    How do you stay motivated… getting back on track after a vacation is depressing. Lost 10 kg in 4 months abd gained back half of it and now no motivation to resume. Also you achieved this with walking as exercise, right? My body loses weight with very strict diet and moderate intensity workouts only… my body type seems to be endomorphic but all minute weigh-loss is immediately visible on face not on body. This receives depressing comments from others
