Hey guys, Dr AJ here. Every single man needs to watch this because in this video I’m going to teach you the top exercise that can both prevent and reverse Erectile dysfunction. This has been proven effective in multiple studies. Most guys, especially young guys, don’t think they’ll ever have ED but the sad truth is that eventually most men will have it. By the age of 50 about half of men have some level of ED. It’s devastating to their confidence, their quality of life and their relationship but it’s not supposed to be this way so make sure to watch this video to the end and guys, it also helps reduce premature ejaculation by giving you more control during intercourse. This is the best exercise to restore strength in some very important muscles so you can protect your pelvic health and improve the intimacy in your relationship. You can even start seeing some benefit after a few days. And as a big bonus, this will even increase the intensity of your orgasms. Pretty amazing right?
Exercise in general is beneficial for the health of your erections, especially resistance training and high intensity interval training. Moderate amounts of cardio exercise is good, but too much can lower your testosterone which is counter productive.
Fortunately the exercise I’m talking about is way easier than resistance training, HIIT training and cardio and you don’t need any equipment and you can do it any time and anywhere.
It’s called a Kegel exercise and it strengthens the muscles of your pelvic floor. You may have heard of this exercise being used by Women but it has huge benefits for men as well. The pelvic floor naturally gets weaker with age unless we do something about it. The problem is most of the time it is performed incorrectly.
The easiest way to identify the right muscles is to activate the muscles that stop the flow of urine. So if you’re peeing and you tighten the muscles that make you stop peeing, those are the right ones. Now you don’t have to do the exercise while you’re peeing which is great because it’s really uncomfortable, but just doing it once or twice will help you know you’re targeting the right muscles.
Another way to identify the right muscles is to contrast the muscles that hold in a fart. You know, like if you’re having a pleasant and civilized conversation with people you like and you don’t want to blast the room with swamp gas, you’re clenching these muscles for dear life.
Go ahead and try it right now, i’ll do it with you. Hold a nice strong contraction in the muscles for 3 seconds and then relax. That’s a Kegel.
Now, how often should you do them? you’re going to want to do these every day or at least every other day.
Hold for 3-5 seconds and relax. Do this 10-20 times and eventually work your way up to 30.
Once you have worked your way up to 30 good strong Kegels you can start doing some rapid fire Kegels. Quickly contract the muscle strongly, then relax. Try doing rapid fire Kegels until the muscle starts to fatigue. Work your way up to about 50. It’s helpful to work the muscles in different ways to really help them strengthen.
You can start seeing benefits after a few days but the real payoff comes after doing these consistently for 6 weeks or longer. It’s just like going to the gym, permanent gains don’t happen in a week or two, it takes time. Be consistent and your strength, your confidence, your orgasms and your bedroom performance will all improve significantly and your relationship will benefit too. It’s even good for your prostate. Lots of great reasons to do this exercise.
This will help for men whose ED problems stem exclusively from weak pelvic muscle. But there are dozens of other reasons that causes ED, and it won't cure any of those. Key is to get properly assessed by a professional as to what cause or causes your specific ED is, and get that area fixed.
Hey guys. I wonder, which position is the ideal to do this, sitting, standing, squatting etc or we can do it in any position?
This helps a bit, but after years of doing it every day I think it has limited use. The thing that's made the most difference in a few days is planks, bridges, lunges with 5kg weights, the chair and squats.

@@colwilpro so what exercises exactly make you last longer? What did you see make a difference? Is it a mental thing bc I feel like I’m always too quick even when I try not to think about cumming. Will a woman not want you if you can’t last long but try your best to pleasure her orally, finger, and talking. @@mohymenmaytham971 If you worry about finishing too quick, just finish. Then go down on her until you're hard again, then carry on. But, be confident about what you're doing. If you're that excited you finish really fast, then you're gonna be excited about going again. I've been ready to go again within a couple of minutes and I'm overweight and was less fit at the time. She was also impressed cause I was the only guy she met that could go twice in a row. I don't think I'm special I just think most men don't try to.
I will give this a go. I do have ED at the age of 48. I have been trying to make love to my girlfriend but cannot keep it hard. I will do kegel exercises every day with 30 repetitions each day will increase it if necessary.

Sounds great. I'm about to start these exercises today. The video says may take 6 weeks or longer to work. Am I supposed to keep doing them for the rest of my life, or I can do them less frequently after the initial 6 weeks?

You can do these excercises basically every where, so just get used to doing them while on your way to work for example.
Just during some wasted time during your day and you will do jt automatically every here and there 🙂
Hi. I wonder why that Sexual kung-fu guy says don't do kegels because it makes your ED worse and causes premature ejaculation. Like you had to then squeeze those muscles to keep an erection. He recoommends instead compound movements to strengthen pelvic floor.. exercises like squat, lunges etc and core exercises for good blood flow to pelvic area. He also recommends gently reverse kegels which releases pelvic floor tension.
Whenever I do this exercise I feel vomiting and heaviness on heart. Why?

Yes! The exercise in this video, kegels, are helpful. I also recommend breathwork, slow breathing with exhale twice as long as inhale (3-4s in 6-8 seconds out) while edging and before and during intercourse to retrain your body to be in a more relaxed state. Edging is very helpful to improve performance. Also, visualization of your ideal performance during a sexual encounter to retrain the brain to be relaxed and confident. Visualization is a powerful full way to train for the optimal outcome. Do these things multiple times per week for as long as it takes to retrain yourself and have the performance that your desire.

There is an excellent book on this subject with a very effective exercise program that is aimed at ED and premature ejaculation a problem many younger guys have.
