Will let this one go through to the keeper, ☺ but when gold is found, weigh ups are almost mandatory. 😉. Appreciate all the effort you put in for the channel 100%. Cheers 🍻
Its a great challenge for me as every creek is different and it takes a while and many test pans to work out where the best pay level is cheers Glenno. 👍😎
Rippa location with lots of tell-tale signs of existing workings. Any colour is always better than no colour, the chunky bits are always the added bonus. I'd give you 100 thumbs up if I could mate 😎👍 Cheers as always Glenn for taking us along with you on your adventures mate :) I'm still waiting for a nice day to head out to my hotspot west of Coffs, but this bloody rain doesn't seem to end. Have a great week ahead to you and yours Glenn
I think the creeks at Coffs just need to dry out a little but it just keeps raining ,just got back from Hill End major flood damage as well but the gold has been replenished wow just wait and see cheers Glenno.
Everyone likes a weigh in at the end because sometimes when you think it doesn't move the scales it's good to be surprised when there is more than you think. It all depends on you and whether you want to or just can't be bothered or don't have time. We will always watch and enjoy your videos but most people like to see the gold on the scales after being in the pan when your out. That place has potential I say. Rough gold means it hasn't travelled far from the source and could mean big rough gold that hasn't been worn away by getting tumbled and squashed for miles by rocks.👊💚💛❤😉👍
Mmm looks like a great place to run a highbanker... nice work hunting it down mate. Thats real prospecting there. Thanks for sharing Glenn 👍 Good Luck & Happy Prospecting
@@getdownanddirtyprospecting yeah i know those days mate. I panned all day for nothing testing a creek from side to side. Got nothing. Went up stream found the right spot and pulled out a 0.87g pan. A nice 0.69g chunk and some nice pickers with it. Right place right time ey mate.
@@Swingin_wit_Willy Thats a nice pan just got back myself so dam hot here .I found a spot in the creek just scrapping clay in one pan gave me over half a gram wish I had a spare bottle to weigh it .but the deposit is over 10 meters long and a meter wide .The clay is an inch to 4 inches below the gravel
That is some chunky gold! Looks like some serious mining history there. And that stinging nettle at least will settle down with cold water. Here in Oregon we have poison Oak and it is a terrible experience for a couple weeks. Thanks for sharing!
Hi, was this recent. I have been putting off go up because of the rain. I thought all the rivers would be up. And I like to see a weigh in as it satisfies my fever.
Good to see the country so green and the creeks running. Downside is the grass will be waist deep by the end of summer. I am not fussed with your format Glenno, you just keep doing the vids how you like 😎🇦🇺👍
@@emilyzielke851 I wont be back to that same spot your more than welcome to open that hole up im thinking behind that big rock lower than that hole could get better cheers Glenno.
Top stuff Glen and nice gold. Definitely enjoy the weigh ins as it gives a visual to weight comparison. Hopefully get more rain in the inland creeks. Can't wait til annual leave in January and hopefully try some creeks in the central tablelands and new England. Thanks for sharing. Always enjoyable 👍
Not wrong everything here in Aust can hurt or Kill u ,A Kangaroo nearly landed on me while panning i had to change my undies after that one and he was a big Fella lol 3 jumps and he was gone
Hello, GET DOWN AND DIRTY PROSPECTIN ,although my thing is to detect in the field a friend told me about some rivers in which they have found gold nuggets, I'm going to go and let the simplex do its magic. Some tip that you give me since it will be my first time looking for gold nuggets.

Poison oak sounds a lot worse than stinging nettle as it lasts about a day but does make a good tea lol
*Loved watching this one buddy! If you got gold, then it's a good day. Your channel is just awesome!* 🤠🏴☠️💰🙋♂️
Only just lol

Hi, was this recent. I have been putting off go up because of the rain. I thought all the rivers would be up. And I like to see a weigh in as it satisfies my fever.
The creeks are clearing up now but a few landslides around the area.
Was a couple of weeks back but should be good for creeks and gully's

Low and slow look for areas that are not deep in loam or gravels so Bedrock and clay poking through are the best
On the Gold. I.m in a 0.2g rut presently
Only on a little and the gold had ironstone attached
What are the names of some creek around coffs harbour that hold gold?
Had a go at a couple around Woolgoolga is that close to u
I'm in macksville. I usually fossick for saphires around the new England area . My daughter wanted to have a go at panning.
