They never investigate themselves
Epstiens and Maxwells are from a special tribe. This tribe is never held accountable.
Many people would probably be assasinated by very powerful people who do not want the people to know. Alex Jones was a very fortunate gift to America to have reporting of the truth, incidents that the government would never admit or report on.
@jhony 3tears schizo post of the year.
Why would the government try to get itself in trouble?
Have to say, USA has been top notch for it's courtroom entertainment recently.
Some of this stuff is only because of the cameras. Commonly, questions and answers would be shorter, and the theatrics wouldn't be allowed at all. The added effort showing tolerance for the accused is to limit or completely avoid an appeal.

@@efugee She's completely biased & she has many times!
Prosecutor implied that there's something corrupt about selling the vitamins because they aren't approved by the fda. They don't have to be approved by the fda. So he had every right to explain in detail to the court. If they are going to impeach him based on lies about whether or not vitamins have to be approved by the FDA and he has every right to defend those vitamins and his own integrity and character. Because he's being impeached as a way to defame him in order to get a larger settlement. Tell me what vitamins have to do with determining how much pain and suffering? It's irrelevant. The prosecution tries to delineate and make a list of all the ways that his statements harm to them. The vitamins harm them because they aren't FDA approved when vitamins are not required to be FDA approved? But oh my God, that added to their suffering?
I was forced to deal with the court system last year, I was shown how corrupt the system is. The judge and state lawyers seemed to be buddies which see you as a joke and not a actual human being. @@AmirandJake you do know, majority of times a yes or no answer is a set up? Not this instance specifically. Like a loaded question
Since when did courts start allowing people on the stand to just go off on a diatribe directly at the accused? Trials are supposed to be controlled. Attorneys ask specific questions for direct answers. When judges allow diatribes by accusers it skews the the jury. I think that would be called a Kangaroo court.
A defamation case is about the harm that alleged lies can cause to someone. It is central to the case for her to tell the court how damaging it was to for her to see Jones spread those lies for years. So it was totally relevant.
If she was asked if she had anything to say to the defendant, Jones was also asked if he had anything to say to the plaintiff. So it was all fair.
Well that’s like how they put an accused persons picture in the paper before they even get their day in court, when all you see is someone’s mugshot and what they’re accused of without knowing any of the facts or details it leaves a negative impression on people, innocent until proven guilty sounds real nice and fair but that isn’t how society works unfortunately.

It’s important to remember that even tho Alex was wrong about the sandy hook event I think it’s important to remember that Alex is only liable he knew at the time of his statements that they were false, and in regards to the threats against the parents as far as I’m aware the law requires proof that Alex specifically told his followers to commit these acts.
So, there's a lot to unpack, but basically actual malice is only required for public figures, and for defamation cases, there's no requirement that Alex Jones needed to tell people to commit these acts. The thing is, none of that matters because Info Wars behaved so poorly and didn't comply with discovery, so they ended up with a default judgement. Legal Eagle has an excellent video explaining all this if you're interested!

I too would do everything in my power to make sure Alex Jones is doomed if he exposed me in the Bohemian Grove 😈
All i keep thinking is.
Were did you hear that?
"The internet"😂
This judge and Alex are out to lunch. 😂
Dude! He ain’t tryna sell his own supplements cuz he just asked him if he was selling some!!!!
There's a max on the amount a defendant can win in the state of Texas. I've heard he can lose $2.5 million, total. And if the judge tries change the max, the Texas supreme court will reverse any amount.
The actual cap is somewhat up in the air, from what the attorneys said on Knowledge Fight, they're looking at about 10 million, and that's assuming no appeals. They can actually appeal to get more, although the bankruptcy complicates matters further and may end up costing Alex more. That's also not considering the second set of cases against him which will follow different rules.
@@thefinalsif Makes sense, civil cases are a headache. Imagine what the Founding Fathers what think about this case. SMH 😨
It's like the trial of Tim Heidecker but in real life!
I was just about to say that. Life really does imitate art.
@@Kaanfight Yep Hollywood & the illuminati, want it that way!
Only lawyers would interrupt someone trying to apologize
Judge! What kind of justice system do you run when the real criminals are still on the streets and they who question the system are being judged?
He's actually making a sales pitch from the witness chair.
Sorta sounded like he defended his product. Read the vitamin bottles in your cabinet they aren't fda approved
To be fair he may need every cent
Most American thing ever
@@jnice6952 He sells crap to gulllible idiots. Bigfoot told me that.
@@jnice6952 NO supplements are FDA approved lol. So if you get it from GNC, Vitamin Cottage or InfoWars it won’t be FDA approved
I jus went to alex' website to watch his take on the trial and was hit with an ad for a product called "instahard for men" followed by alex explaining his side of the story with the Rick Roll music playing in the background. Is this real life?
lol ikr
This deep state actress is trying bring down our boi
Its disgusting
Don't under estimate 30-40 year olds who grew up in the internet boom of the 90s-00s on shady websites. It's crazy out there. Some believe it and some just want to watch the world burn because of their perceived victimization
Or is it just fantasy..., Caught in a landslide...., No escape from reality.
We need to hold the scam artists in government accountable. Many of the things Jones said are true.
like?

Love that he’s clearly reading a script the whole video and can’t get out of line
The hypocrisy of him calling folk actors is quite something.
Uh no, if anyone is a hypocrite it's the judge... Alex can't even apologize....
@@gravityfallscanada his apologies are disingenuous. Anyway, his apologies are not wanted, they are a day late and a dollar short. You'll need to run off and top up his bank account after this is over.

The judge ontop of saying his company being bankrupt doesn't mean he is said just because you file bankruptcy doesn't make you bankruptcy. You can sit on a pile of cash and file for bankruptcy. It's not gonna go anywhere but you filed
You can't have opinions or you can go bankrupt sounds like freedom to me nothing to see here
@@alphamanga3213 what Alex Jones did isn't just "having an opinion." cope harder
@@josephvh1 What did he do? show me on the doll where Jones did Sandy Hook
@@alphamanga3213 by your logic, Amber Heard did nothing wrong, she was only expressing her opinions and practicing her freedom of speech.
@@artefloe7676 by your logic every news station should be on trial right now, so why aren't they?
It's really sad that freedom of speech went right out the window it was his OPINION that sandy hook was a hoax and when he found out it wasn't he sincerely apologized. This case never should have happened in my humble opinion.
The best part was his response: "you mean what Epstein did, with the Clintons?"
😂😂😂man is so goated
Him saying she got to monologue is not a criticism against her ya goof. He's arguing that she got to basically freely talk while he's not being given the same opportunity. Whether legit or not, that's what he's getting at.
Literally the entire case and every argument against Alex is basically this low IQ type of inability (or unwillingness) to understand what he actually said.
@@andresanchez728 I agree. A lot of twisting of commentary by outside opinions.
I agree!! Also, his attorney's wouldn't let him Free style!! Unfortunately, he did all the talking on his show!!
Exactly.

A lot of people think Jones is a shill there to ultimately make his theories look crazy -
Interesting....
You’re spot on
He discredits truth seeking
He speaks the truth more often than not, but the delivery is so hyperbolic that he conditions the public to associate truth with lunacy. David Icke plays a similar game. Other truth-seekers who don't do the crazy ranting or lizard theories receive next to no media attention. It's a quite transparent set up.
Lots of people still think Sandy hook wasn't real I know a few of them
It wasn't fair that he couldn't monologue a little, it was literally one person was allowed to monologue in court while he couldn't.
Here let me show and prove to you I’m not chewing gum but you blatantly ignore it anyways😂😂
