Why not just mix all the ingredients in a bowl first?
Right? At the very least break up the eggs in a bowl before pouring in 🤦♀️

@@karashj1 Or keep an eye out in your yard/neighborhood, for safe places to forage dandelion leaves, stinging nettles, etc. Use scissors to snip them into soup,stews, eggs, etc. FREE and VERY nutritious!! ✌️🥰🥰🥰🇨🇦

( more onion....more cheese....less tomato.... for example) I love the idea of a crispy tortilla crust ! It can be gluten free....whole wheat...or any of the other types out there.... This video is very well done. Just over 2 minutes long, it’s actually pretty quick. The “natural sound” of chopping is quite satisfying to many (not all) viewers. Nice to have no narration. There truly is a kind of recognized artistry to this type of video presentation. I’m sure that many wonderful cooks can make this dish more efficiently, but now the ingredients and process are clearly seared into my mind.

Great recipe! I modified it a lititle by adding crumbled feta cheese instead of mozzarella and spinach leaves instead of parsley cause is all I had. Turned out delicious!

I actually made 2 pans.
For some reason, I knew I'd better make 2 pans; And boy, was I right!
My family gobbled that thing Up before it even hit the table! They were like Tasmanian devils in tornado funnels fighting to get more!
😮 I sat back in my chair watching this "all for grabs" at the table, thinking... OK, we seem to have a Winner here! I guess I'll be making this dish quite often in the future! 😏
