      I have been saying that very thing for years. When you choose to say or do things, you obviously also choose the consequences that will follow. Harassment, defamation and lies are not covered by the first amendment right. Jones' right to harass, torment, defame and bully people stops where their right not to be harassed, tormented, defamed and bullied begins. It's the law. He chose to break the law, and now he sulks and tantrums like an entitled toddler with defiancy disorder because breaking the law has consequences. He has been forced to enter adulthood at this late stage of his life, and he does NOT like the accountability that comes with it. Top tier narcissists never do.

      Clarify yourself with facts. We can question all crimes, every time. It does not matter if open airwaves or personally. Once a crime is public, you can say anything, and I mean anything about it legally. Just like me calling someone a bad name, I am still protected if not harassing you. He said nothing about these 8 alleged parents. I'm still waiting to see that. Why did the democrats, I mean parents, wait so long to prosecute a civil case? Great Reset, you probably have no idea about. 10 years later. 🤪 cuckoo. Wake up

Basically, isn't the easiest solution to all this is simply ignoring Alex Jones show or not looking for his content on the internet? Also isn't it his private platform that Jones was using? I mean it seems like anything is on the table at this point, moon landing deniers, 911 deniers, where does it start and end? Lawyer today hit on piercing the corporate veil. Woman testifying on behalf of the company stated that Jones would request donations on air with appearance of going to his media company but would instead go directly to him. He also had her testify that Jones kept daily tabs on sales, correlating that to what he said on air that day.

    • @nathanwood4762
      @nathanwood4762 Год назад +5

      Interesting distinction to draw between the person and the corporation. Jones actually filed suit against Free Speech Systems in July, 2022 petitioning the corporation (which he owns) to indemnify him against defamation claims. Jones similarly attempted to hide his money by lending it from corporations he owns to himself. Jones would much rather have his corporations (which shield him from legal and financial liabilities) be tried, than to face trial himself.

      No,....this is nothing more that judicial theater and not a real trial at all. This is just more gun control propaganda trying to serve as an example
      that the public should never question these staged events like Newtown. FEMA L-366, look that important document up because these lying DHS-owned 'parents', like Scarlett Lewis, Mark Bearden, Nicole Hockley, Robbie Parker, Lenny Posner, and the rest of these scammers, have continually P R O F I T E D off of the lie that their child was murdered at a decommissioned elementary school that had been closed since 2008. I've printed out the actual property tax documents for the Newtown area that clearly prove that nearly every homeowner, INCLUDING said parents above, were bribed in the form of a forgiven home mortgage on CHRISTMAS DAY, 2009,......one year after the school had been decommissioned and closed due to the school being contaminated with mold and other biohazards, and was only being used for storage. HOMELAND SECURITY used YOUNGER photos OF OLDER CHILDREN as 'victim' propaganda. How do I know they were older? I compared the photos to the children singing behind Jennifer Hudson, another DHS-owned gun control 'advocate' at the Superbowl just over a month later. One child seen there might have been just a coincidence, but not EIGHT of them. And to this day, the Newtown schoolboard has denied sending said children to the Superbowl. None of these 'parents' lost a child. Scarlett Lewis and the rest of these players are DHS-owned for life. There is an old saying that says that it's just easier to fool the people, than to convince them they they have been fooled. The Sandy Hook Promise organization is a confirmed fraud stemming from a government fabricated event that was produced as gun control propaganda. Obiden knows these are drills, along with Obama. Obama played us all with these drills-gone-live in the media as soon as he was elected. The media are in the loop that these events are drills, that's why the media were in Newtown ON THE 13TH.

      Clearly, your ignorance will ever come into question.
